It was conveniently situated and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very hot but it was very noisy if we had the windows open because the street outside was very busy from early morning. |

state-of-the-art equipment absolutely noisy place, non-smoking rooms are used for smoking, staff could be a tiny bit friendlier (by the way, a general problem in Galicia) |

We found the hotel very central to Santiago de Compostella Cathedral, the restaurants & shops. Room clean & practicable. The fact that they had a lift - a HUGE plus for us with our heavy bags. Reasonable breakfast, staff pleasant. The air conditioning did not work, the room was quite hot. |

Lo céntrico que está el hotel, a un paso del centro de Santiago. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el mobiliario es bastante moderno El personal es un poco antipático y la insonorización de las habitaciones es bastante mala, ¡se oye todo lo que sucede en la habitación de al lado! |

Hotel muy bien situado y comunicado del centro de la ciudad. Cómodo, limpio, buen servicio, y desayuno muy completo. La habitación perfecta, limpia con baño grande y amplio. |
