Nice, clean room. Good breakfast buffet. Reception took 10 minutes to find and process my reservation and weren't friendly. Only one person dealing with check-outs at 7.30 AM, so another wait. Only one English-language TV channel (CNN) in the room, which was too warm (in December) even with the aircon turned up. |

room clean, quiet and hotel staff ok. We used the train to arrive and leave and hotel and the train station is just across the street. About 10 min or so walk to bus stop for downtown area |

Staff is very kind and helpful, great location, close to metro, easy to get to there from Train station (Oriente) and airport, breakfast is good. Room is relavent small, no free wifi, considering the price, it's acceptable. |

Decent location. 20 mins from old town. Fair room for price. Great power shower. Plenty of shopping at El Cortes Ingles and a big mall just beyond this. Cafe Monica excellent value with lots of tapas dishes. Turn right out of hotel, get to first traffic lights, turn right and its about 30 yards down. Good efficient staff. Room 624. A/c ok but not cold enough for me in the 30o temperature. In room safe broken. |

I liked the pool facilities and the beds and pillows were very comfortable in comparison to many. Good location for the train station which we were using and still only 10 min walk into main town. The Reception staff were a little surly, could have smiled a bit more and been more informative about the hotel on our arrival while checking in |

Very comfortable and nice hotel next to the train station, that makes it very convenient if your are getting there by train and you arrive late or leave early to catch an other train. |

Very helpful staff; allowed us to store luggage while we did a city tour as we were leaving from the Sevilla train station later in the day. Spoke english in order to answer questions, etc. Did not want the breakfast offered, so were somewhat limited in our options for coffee/something light to eat in the morning. Would have LOVED to have had a coffee maker in our rooms, especially considering all the other niceties (mini bar, etc.) that were available. |

se anuncian como hotel adaptado, pero no es verdad. La única adaptación que ofrecen es un asiento en la bañera. No hay habitaciones con plato de ducha, y no se puede entrar en las habitaciones en silla de ruedas |

Nos tuvieron esperando a la llegada más de veinte minutos para darnos las habitaciones. Nos pidieron los carnets lo menos cuatro veces .Nos los devolvían y los volvían a solicitar. Según eelos su reserva era de dos dobles y dos triples, cuando en el papel que nosoros adjuntamos estaba muy claro quién eramos cada uno y que habíamos solicitado tres dobles y sólo una triple. Una de las parejas tuvo que esperar más de meia hora para que le adjudicaran habitación. Me parecieron poco serios para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. |
