Hotellet ligger perfekt för att man ska kunna promenera till de största sevärdheterna.Det är också möjligt att gå till fina shoppinggator och olika härliga restauranger och tapas barer.Mycket rent och fräsht, inga heltäckande mattor istället vackra golv. Skönt med helt rökfri våning ! Åt ej i restaurangen då jag bara var en natt denna gång, men den såg mycket trevlig och elegant ut. Dock kunde vi inte gå till baren/puben för där röktes det enorrmt ! Tråkigt, för den är också fint inredd och tilltalande. |

You cannot beat this location or price! It is located overlooking Plaza Nueva, close to everything in old Sevilla you want to see, perfect location! The restauraunt is small, un crowded and has a perfect view of the statue in the plaza, great food, wine, enjoyed it! No, it was great! Only comment, which goes for all of Sevilla is watch out for traffic! Stay alert from the time you leave the front door until come back. |

Everything. It was just perfect. This is the best value hotel in Spain and I will have no hesitation in returning next time we are in Seville which is a fantastic city. |

We were upgraded to a king-sized bedroom, which was quite large with excellent appointments. Bed was quite hard, however. |

Our room was beautiful...spacious and attractive. The private patio looking over the Plaza was fantastic. The bed was hard as a rock! Also even though our room was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled strongly of smoke. I wondered if the neighbors were smoking and it came through the air vents. |

The facilities and location the addition of the hotel having a "Irish" bar made for a very relaxing atmosphere Nothing is particular although our room overlooked a night club which was quite noisey but I suppose that all part of the city experiance |

carpark service below hotel very convenient, very centrally located, large rooms very comfortable and a large double bed, firm was great! unfortunately the room we had, 401 i think, had the lift shaft adjoining one wall and the noise of the groaning lift was extremely annoying, luckily enough "tinto" was drunk to enable me to sleep until 10.30 in the morning, however another guest may well find this intolerable. |

location is excellent, Irish pub is great reception makes always the first impression, which was very bad. I don't understand why. the staff should be trained to greet more warmly new coming guests and I didn't get a receipt when I was leaving a hotel. Except this everything was fine. rooms are clean, only the towels are quite old. But location is great and Seville is very beatiful city, so you can forget about this minor imperfections. Just relax and have fun |

Situated in perfect location for city and old part. Great view over the plaza Nueva. All round good quality and value for money. Pleasant and helpfull staff. Difficult to approach by car without asking for help. |

Found the location to be very good, and the parking service was very handy. sadly several of the desk staff were very unhelpful, unhappy and rude much of the time, this was noticed with other guests also so it isnt just my experience. Also we paid for a double room but ended up getting a twin with the beds pushed together. The staff in the bar were also very surly and bad tempered towards us for no reason. |

Very good location for visiting all the sights in Seville. Can be noisy at night but that is part of the atmosphere of the city. Room remained lovely and cool even when hot outside. Would recommend on comfort and location but not if you want the personal touch. Staff are very aloof and we felt they were not very interested if clients enjoyed there stay or not. This was reflected in the fact that this was the only hotel on our trip which did not have a questionnaire asking guests opinion of their stay. |

Location, window blinds, quiet at night No flexibility - did not let us in for breakfast at 10:35 while other people were still eating. Poor internet connection, had to call the service company to make it work. Shower needs a replacement. |

Hotel located at the main plaza of the interesting part of the city. Walking distance to almost all main attractions (cathedral, alcazaba, Tabelos, jewish quarter, university, and even maria luisa park). A great tip is the option to rent the public bikes and go around town much easier than just walking. The hotel was comfertable, and the parking took care of the car we had as we didn't need it. We didn't eat at the hotel, so we cannot comment on that. The reception staff was helpful and provided maps and directions. When we checked out, we left our laugage in their storage room for more than half a day and used that time to enjoy more sightseeing around teh city. |

Very central location. Convenient valet parking. Nice room. A taxi stand is just outside the hotel door. And the tram is very near too. |
