Taxi direkt utanför dörren - Renlighet i rummet Priserna på service/faciliteter :frukostbuffé 23€ samt vattenflaska 4€ på rummet. Parkering finns i anslutning till hotellet men det kostade 9€ för enbart tre timmar. |

Poolen var najs! Allt kändes ganska gammalt och nött. För att göra sig förtjänt av sina 5 stjärnor tycker jag nog att det krävs en rejäl uppfräschning! Det var ju helt ok, men som sagt det där lilla extra saknades... |

I found the hotel very luxurious, clean and excellent value. The location was excellent only 2 minutes walk from the nearest metro. The hotel also had a outdoor pool which is difficult to get with some city hotels. |

Great location, nice rooms, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful in all aspects with our questions concerning local sights and transportation. |

I was upgraded on arrival without asking. The hotel is pretty good all round. There is a big variety of things in the breakfast buffet. I can't fault booking.com or the hotel because the info is accurate.But knowing Madrid a bit better I would prefer to be more central. There are a few bars and restaurants in the hotel area for a quiet night, but I found the places to go are the centre of town (like Sol). It was about 10 min walk to metro, 5 stops, then change to another metro line, another 3 stops.No big problem but about 40 mins |

The reception staff were generally polite but the desk understaffed. The furnishings generally "tired" & well below that I would expect of a 4 star hotel ... and the breakfast was a joke: there was a queue to enter, a very long breakfast buffet menu of which a substantial part was not available. All very 1970's and a big disappointment - I checked out 2 days early. |

The size of the room and the bathrooms are perfect ! The conceirge service is perfect ! The location of the hotel is great ! I must say the food at room service is ridiculously priced though the presentation is wonderful |
