apartment was spacious with large terrace. even water was not heated in swimming pool (end of october) kids realy enjoid it. food selection could be improved |

The staff were very friendly and pleasure to speak to. The rooms were clean, simply laid out and had everything you'd need in them and the grounds of the hotel were well looked after and cleaned on a regular basis. |

Excellent value €320 for apartment for one weekChildrens entertainment as good as anywhere we have stayed - really excellent.Staff excellent. Great location and very suitable for families |

It was close to the beach and local restaurants and pubs. Plenty of activities for children. The menu for evening meals was very limited when paying for half-board. We went to local restaurants at additional expense. |

Friendly reception staff, good and clean hotel facilities, good location, good and rich breakfast and dinner food, excellent value for money. Superficial apartment routine cleaning especially of the bathroom. Suplementary payment is requiered for drinks at lunch and dinner, which is understandable, but I would expect that simple water should be free. |

The personnel is excelent, great atmosphere, the warm pool, 100 meters from the beach. There is one day in which the apartments are not cleaned. This should change. |

Childrens mini club was great and the entertainment team fantastic. Facilities were great - everywhere was clean and well maintained. The prices of drinks!!! |

the view from the apartment balcony was fantastic the cleaning staff were excellent after being out for a meal in the evening we liked to visit the hotel bar for a late night drink we found the bar to be very very quite!!!!! |

Le personnel était très accueillant. Les chambres très spacieuses. Les extérieurs très bien adaptés aux enfants Peu de personnel parlant français alors qu'il y a beaucoup de français! |

L'hotel est très propre et l'aménagement paysager agréable. Les appartement sont spacieux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. De nombreuses animations sont proposées. Excellent ! |

es un hotel perfecto para ir con niños, todo está pensado para ellos, las instalaciones, los shows... nos tocó uno de los bungalows, gigantes, con salón y dormitorio, parecía una casa... y la ubicación perfecta, a 100 mts de una playa fenómena y cerca de restaurantes... volveremos. |

Overordnet et meget fint sted med god service. Rengøringen var rigtig god og meget fleksibel i forhold til hvornår vi var på værelset. Rigtig gode forhold for børn med flere forskellige legepladser. Største ulempe var forskellige regler ved poolen afhængig af hvilket personale der var der. Nogle var meget fleksible i forhold til børns leg, andre bevogtede vandet som var det deres kæreste eje. Men helt generelt et super godt sted. Bedre sovesofa/hovedpuder og mulighed for aircon. |

La fermata dell'autobus direttamente davanti all'albergo, la disponibilità alla reception La posizione della camera da letto con finestra su corridio comune (conseguente caos a tutte le ore), balcone vista muro, ristorante a buffet non sempre soddisfacente (non prendete la coca cola perchè vi porteranno un calice da acqua di coca cola) |

El buen trato al cliente,el personal de animacion es explendido y la comodidad para el acceso a todas las instalaciones,mi valoracion es positiva.Un saludo Creo que tendrian que reformar un poco los apartamentos ,se nota el paso de los años. |

El hotel esta situado al lado de la playa, que por cierto es una de las peores de lanzarote esta llena de piedras,el htel esta muy bien elbuffet es muy variado, el personal muy agradable,, Las toallas ean viejas, el mobiliario de la habitacion estaba medianamente bien y habia hormigas en la cocina, me asombro que solo hubiese dos canales de television en español(noticias) todos los demas en aleman |
