Det centrala läget, mitt i centrala Valencia. Personalen var trevlig. Rent och fräscht i (det lilla) duschrummet. Att det var väldigt lyhört. Frukosten var OK men inte mer. Glas, porslin och bestick var inte rent. |

the hotel staff were open and friendly. i arrived earlier than the time stated, but that didn't seem to be a problem. the receptionist was patient, listened to my requests and made light conversation. he spoke English which was very helpful, because i wasn't making any sense in my broken Spanish! i arrived just at the end of breakfast, but the lady in the dining room served me and also gave me some items to take to my daughter. the situation of the hotel near the main plaza is excellent because the bus stops, the metro and taxis are just there, but it is also on a quiet street. i appreciated the hand-held shower. apart from the main area, the corridors and room looked somewhat 'tired' and in need of renewing. the shower area was very small, and i hate being in a shower where the shower curtain is always blowing in. there were no bath towels, but maybe i needed to ask for them. |

The hotel is excellent for a two-star, it's cheap and the rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. I had a single room which was small but adequate for one person. Also it is in an excellent location, near bus, metro and city centre and easy to find. Breakfast was very basic but good |

exellent location,helpful receptionist,breakfast,clean room and bathroom the room was facing an inner courtyard and the air that came from there was kind of heavy and not fresh.We had asked for a quiet room. |

The hotel was well located, right in the heart of Valencia and and extremely reasonably priced. The room was basic, but comfortable and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. |

i phoned up first to ask directions from airport .Toni the receptionist was very helpful like all the staff we met, but i would like to particularly mention Toni. the position for public transport was A++ only a very small critisism, i would have like to be offered a portion of meat or cheese with my breakfast |

I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking affordable city centre accomodation in the heart of Valencia. The staff are friendly and efficient and all the facilities are spotless and comfortable. |

I thought the hotel was excellent for a two-star, the room was very clean, I had a single room which was small but adequate for one person. Also it is in an excellent location, near bus, metro and city centre and easy to find. The hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very basic, just tea/coffee, juice and toast/spreads. Would have preferred a little more of a selection. |

The hotel has an excellent location, the staff is really friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. I really enjoyed myself and I would recommend it to other people who want to visit Valencia. |

Situation of the hotel is excellent. Just a 2 minute walk to Playa Ayuntamiento. Could be better. A subway station is also within 5 minutes walk. The room was quite big and well cleaned. The people at the desk spoke English very well too (which is not always to case in Spain...). Book a room at the back of the hotel, because of the loud street running at the front of the hotel (quite noisy). Also, don't count on a big breakfast. Is very basic, you will only get toast and some marmelade. Better is to book a room without breakfast and go out in the morning to one of the terrasses in the center. |

This Hotel is classed as 2*. It is in an excellant position, whilst staying there the Hotel was very clean, the breakfast acceptable, and the staff very helpful. We would reccomend this hotel for value for money. |

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was small but clean and has the hotel has been renewed recently it was quite pleasant. The breakfast was really poor and you could hear the other guests in their room. |

Its location is amazing, in the centre of the city, in a very good and safe area. Its basic but extremely clean,you couldnt expect any more for that fantastic price of €55 for 2 people including breakfast, very rare in this day and age.Staff really helpful. Rooms small, luggage room in an awkard place, very difficult to bring cases up and down with no help from staff,,used to store bycicles, room not locked. |

We unfortunately met with a problem whilst in Valencia,my wife had her handbag stolen,in the City.However the staff at the hotel were excellent in helping us contact police and finding a taxi for us to get to the police station.Excellent help and assistance. No,it was located in the right place that made getting around the City easy. |

Enjoyed my stay ....very central location....shortwalk from station.One recommendation for the hotel: the floor of the shower is extremely slippery and quite dangerous, especially as there is no hold-bar within the shower. |
