Close to park, shops and city centre Drop reference to V23 in on line driving directions from Barcelona, it is confusing as V21 is the road that really matters. |

Close to CIty of Arts and to bus stop. Excellent breakfast. We have stayed at many hotels around Europe and this hotel has the best breakfat by far. When reporting a problem (AC not working in the room) it was fixed within reasonable time (room upgraded also). Staff not very helpful and impersonal. Check-in stated as 2:00pm and when we got there at 1:55pm the room was not ready and we were told check-in is from 2pm to 5pm. We had to wait for 40 minutes in the lobby with our 2 and 4 year old daughetrs after a 3 hour trip by train from Barcelona. |

it was inexpensive and we got a room for the whole family together Many things - 1. Unclean rooms --- unwashed curtains 2. Swimming is way too small 3. Breakfast is too expensive when there are a hundred breakfast places outside 4. Windows super unclean |

It was quite cheap, we were just spending the night coming home from our holidays and it was good value for money, a good, comfortable family room, and good breakfast. |

Good location near Art & Science District ; the bus (line 19) links to city centre in 10 mins. The same bus links to beach (Malvarrosa playa) in 15 mins. The last night the air conditioning system didn't work (the whole 2nd floor was not sebed). The staff quickly proposed another room but with the same problem. A not pleasing situation ... |

this was a lovely place to stay, the staff were very helpful, the space on the roof was great for sun bathing, lovely big room and the restaurant was really great |

The stuff was very helpfull and kind, the hotel is located near the sciance and art city. and there is a bus line no. 19 opsite to the hotel that goes to all major sites in the old center. |

We were upgraded to a executive suite for the same price. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is not great as large flats surround the hotel. |

El trato y la ubicación, está al lado de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, y el 19 que se coge en la puerta del hotel te lleva al centro de Valencia |

Przede wszystkim położenie i miła obsługa. Hotel posiada ładną, nowoczesną i wielkomiejską architekturę i jest znany. Posiada basen i pokój gimnastyczny dla swoich gości dający możliwość odpoczynku po pracy lub zwiedzaniu Walencji. |

La ubicación, junto a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Tiene parking propio, y no muy caro en comparación con otros hoteles. Muy buen trato del personal del hotel. El desayuno muy completo. El precio. Deberían dejar en las habitaciones guías sobre la ciudad, o algo de información, porque no había nada. |

El personal es muy agradable. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Pedí cama de matrimonio y me dieron una habitación con dos camas, aunque eran grandes y nos apañamos. |
