Trevlig personal och bra läge på hotellet. Snyggt! Lite bullrigt om man bor utåt stora gatan. Väldigt hårda sängar. |

Lägetnära min mötesplasts + centralt i Valencia Ingen skrivbordsplats - stor brist för ett hotell där arbete måste utföras. Internet inte så lätt tillgängligt. Enbart i lobbyn (tillfälligt (??) för WiFi. Hotellet borde ha installerat LAN - när det ändå är så nytt. |

Great combination of new design in an old building. Stylish and sophisticated but maintaining a very relaxed feel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Nothing really other than minor gripes such as the lack of ironing facilities and a hospitality tray for hot drinks in the room. |

The location was very central The decor resembled that of a high class bordello so not really my cup of tea. There was no iron available (only an ironing service) or adaptors for international visitors which is not what I would expect from a four star hotel. A problem with internet access was met with obvious annoyance by one receptionist and a request to phone the internet helpline which would have been in Spanish. After insisting this was something the hotel should sort out another employee was much more helpful and sorted the issue out. |

In the centre of town, the location was very convenient. The hotel's decor was lovely - modern, stylish and comfortable. Coffee making facilities in the rooms would be appreciated. The bathroom lighting was too dark. |

Hotel design and interior was very stylish, and the location was excellent being only a few minutes walk from the center of Valencia Using TV services was very epensive (12 euros for a film etc), and reception don't carry any 'essential items' such as plug adaptors for guests which many other more luxury type hotels would carry. |

A combination of great, helpful staff, good location, and better than expected rooms made it a very enjoyable stay. I would recomend this to anyone visiting Valencia. |

Good location, close to tourist information centre and Starbucks. Lights in the hotelroom are very cool! Bathroom privacy is not as bad as perceived by other reviewers, especially since our room had a privacy screen that could be lowered in front of the glass (which was frosted anyway). Best avoided if you are traveling by car. Parking is not free and the hotel carpark is underground and only accessible by a small elevator in a side street, which can be daunting. Check in staff was rather unfriendly, but afterwards the staff was rather pleasant. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel and the rooms were clean the decoration was exceptionally good. The hotel is ideally situated close to historic centre of Valencia and within easy walking distance to all places of interestin the old part of the City. Public transport available nearby for those who want explore away from the centre. |

The staff were friendly and there were some innovative design ideas some of which I liked such as the light settings switch in the room for instant atmosphere. It seems that design was prioritised over practicality. The room was too dark and the decoration too dark so we checked out the next day to find a lighter hotel. Even though the hotel is not old the room needed some maintenance where there had been chipped laminate and water damage from the bath. There was no table for our laptop and we had to request this specially and there was very little storage space, only space for one suitcase and hardly any hanging space. Room space has been sacrificed to give the Bathroom a lot of space. |

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of down town Valencia. It is easy to get to the beach from the hotel using the underground and tramps. The size of the bedrooms were allot smaller than they looked on the internet. |

The room I had opened onto the interior of the hotel, therefore it was totally quiet with no noise at all from the street. The absence of natural light, it meant the light had to be turned on in the room the wholetime and the lighting in the bathroom was very poor. A glass bathroom door?? Why on earth have a see through door there, Not a Good idea |
