Rent och kul stil. Känns tryggt med väktare. Lugnt på rummet trots fönster mot Gran Via. Mycket bra beläget - centralt. 1. Svårt att hitta då det har samma adress som teatern intill - speciellt på kvällen kan en skylt på långsidan mot Gran Via behövas. 2. Hotellpersonalen måste lära sig engelska. Nu kunde en hyffsat och en lite. Resten verkade inte tala många ord. 3. Sänglampan mindre bra och svårt att läsa. 4. Ingen separat lampa att tända på natten då man bara vill ha lyse på toan. 5. WiFi når inte alla rum. |

This is a very well located design hotel with lots of opportunities! They didn't speak hardly english which is for me not allowed in an international scene. The rooftop bar wasn't open and before 7pm we couldn't order any drink/tapas. The staff was very unfriendly. When we had breakfast the first day, we came in at 10am (breakfast was untill 10u30) and at 10u30, in the middle of our breakfast, they already started to clean the buffet. Unbelieveble..... |

Rooftop Garden Bad value for money, had to pay to have clothes ironed as they do not provide a iron for the room upon request (first hotel I have ever stayed in that this was a problem). So to have two shirts ironed within 24 hours was €18. Bad bedroom air conditioning, room was constantly too warm. In addition to this, if you choose to pay to watch a movie in your room, you need to turn your ac off as the volume from the tv is very low, therefore it was an altogether uncomfortable experience. If anyone else is considering staying at this hotel, do not book the breakfast offered online as it is cheaper to order it when you are there, I found this quite annoying as I was under the impression we were getting a good price for both room and breakfast inclusive, but we were actually being ripped off. Not happy with my stay whatsoever. I was at a wedding and so had a lot of friends in Madrid at the time and I saw a lot of hotels that were a lot cheaper and a lot nicer then the Vincci Via 66. The internet pictures are the only good thing about this hotel. I would like to point out that this is the first time I have made a comment about any hotel I have stayed in worldwide, but I feel so strongly disappointed with this hotel that I feel compelled to make my feelings known to others who may be considering Vinci Via 66. |

Very Nice hotel. We have a very good service (for example we asked for a room in upper floors and they gave us in the 9th floor. It was great). A great terrace to drink your wine. Very design and clean room (you need a short time to learn how lights works). To my next trip in Madrid I will certainly choose this hotel. |

Once inside the hotel has a modern, funky vibe. We found our rooms to be of a fair size and very well appointed. The roof terrace is fab to chill out after walking around the city. The location, right on Gran Via, allows easy access to the city of Madrid. Madrid Vision Tour buses stop nearby and are a great way to see the city. Our in-room safes did not work which was a bit of a pain but we managed okay without. Tea/coffee facilities in room would also have been good but wasn't a major thing. |

it was very central and well designed We found that the roof top terrace was not available while we were there which we were very disappointed with and also the bar on the first floor appeared not to be staffed. The hotel itself if lovely but the facilities on our trip were not available. |

The room was immaculate - if stars were awarded for the quality of amenities we would give vincci via 66 5 stars. The room was soundproof, very modern bathroom with bidet, flatscreen tv. The location was very central - and very close to the Plaza espana metro station. cultural activities within walking distance. Air conditioning was not working very well, we were only able to get the room down to 26 degrees celcius on the first night, and after asking for it to be fixed, was able to get the room to 25 degrees. This was bearable during the start of summer, but would be stifling at the height of summer. |

great location lot of restaurants at all prices nice spa a hair solon across the street open from 8am till 11pm the opera and the ballet are right next door and there 3 metro stations in about 3 blocks The best thing is the manger Lee Mitchell he was great in helping me with the bank when their ATM swalled my card and told me they would have to just cut it up and there was no way I could get... |

Great location, in the heart of the city. fantastic view from the roof terras, nice standard room, good bathroom & very nice breakfast. This was our honeymoon trip to Madrid. I notified this when I booked the hotel. Two days in advance I made another telephone call to re-notify them. I booked a standard double room, seemed fine and it was indeed great. But I expected some hospitality from the front desk when we checked in, regarding welcome and congratulations etc, but nothing of that. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was speedy and efficient. the room was attractive, modern and clean. the hotel is situated in a very central, convenient position for all the sights and shopping in Madrid. We were very satisfied and would recommend your hotel to others looking for a stay in Madrid We would have liked to find the lounge bar open in the evening, we tried once and found it unattended, so therefore we did not go again. Just a minor point - there was noise from another room as someone returned to their room late at night (shoe noise as they walked around their room) |

More correct information from the frontdesk. Better cleaning, especially the bathroom. Curtain in the bathroom not possible to look through. A safe where you not use your creditcard to open/close. (Impossible to go out without bringing your credicard, which you maybe would leave in the safe in evenings) Smell from the bathroom where the sink had no waterløck. |
