100m from beach. Price in low-season is definitely right (paid 35€ per night in mid-April, plus an extra 15€ for the whole stay because we were 5 instead of 4). Free parking available a few blocks away. Minimal equipment and comfort. No extras. Actual appartment was not as nice as the one shown on the website picture: smaller balcony, with a table for 2; 2 1-person couches in the living room instead of a couch that opens into a double bed (we had to have an extra bed installed for the third kid). |

Comfortable spacious apartament with kitchen annexx,nice balcony, clean and tidy. Good location in Santa Eulalia, pleasant beach and marina. There is no hotel parking. You have to pay for on street parking between 9am-2pm and 5pm-8pm or park outside the centre and walk.I experienced also a double payment as my credit card was charged on the day automatically from details entered through booking.com but I was asked for the payment at the reception as well to get the key. |

good location, kitchen well equipped on arrival, after notifying staff our arrival time, there was nobody around to even get into the building. the telephone number left didn't work i'm guessing because the owner was on holiday. luckily i had brought the booking form with another number and i speak spanish to be able to arrange someone to come and give us our room key |

La situación muy cerca de la playa y el puerto. Muy tranquilo. Bastante limpio. Es un poco antiguo. El aparcamiento, todo zona azul, en temporada alta debe ser un caos. |

El pueblo es un encanto. Los aptos están a 100 mt de todo (puerto, playa, restaurantes, tiendas). A 50 mt dirección al puerto hay un restaurant rojo que hacen una carne ("entraña") buenísima y son súper simpáticos. En los alrededores hay buenas playas y buenos sitios para copas (bambudha), cenas elegantes (atzaro), o pasar el rato (las dalias, mercadillo es canar). Lo recomiendo. Ah! El mobiliario muy viejo. Sólo 2 o 3 habitaciones tienen "vista" (rebuscada) al mar. Están mejores las hab que dan a la pequeña plaza del costado. La tele era moderna pero pequeña. |

Der gute Hausgeist Fanny! Der unmittelbare Zugang zum Strand, zur schönen Promenade, zum Sport- und Segelhafen, Fähren-Anleger,den Bars, Cafe`s und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nicht weit zum Busterminal und zur Markthalle mit einem Superangebot von fangfrischem Fisch, Obst und Gemüse aus dem Umland. allzufrühe und laute Strassenreinigung und Müllabfuhr, damit aber die Chance in Ruhe wieder weiterzuschlafen |

Bon rapport qualité/prix, bonne literie, situation centrique et près de la plage et du port. Le bruit, petit balcon donnant sur une petite place ou se garent les voitures donc bruit de moteur de porte et gens bruyants, le bruit des voisins pas isolation phonique. |

Esta centrico en santa eulalia. Consideramos que el apartamento carecía de servicio de limpieza adecuado. Llegamos había una bolsa de basura inmensa en el pasillo y cuando nos fuimos aún estaba la bolsa negra del pasillo. Las toallas no se cambiaron ni las sabanas. Servicio de habitaciones cero. |

Principalmente su ubicación, calidad-precio, limpio... el primer dia no tuvimos agua por unas obras cercanas( no achacable al hotel). Al estar tan céntrico hay problemas de aparcamiento( para el que lleve coche o lo alquile) |
