Hyggelig personale som snakket godt engelsk. Trådløst internett som fungerte hele tiden. God frokost. Tilslutt, meget bra sentral beliggenhet med minimal støy. |

We didn't spend much time in the hotel, only for sleep. The breakfast was very good, service was excellent. Internet was free, this was a good thing. Hotel is really in the heart of the city, so i would really recoomend you to stay here. It's just on the Plaça Catalunya. It was a quiet hotel, for families. The room was clean however there are some hair on the floor. |

Staff very helpful and position of the hotel very convenient for most things including Las Ramblas Air conditioning not very effective and was impossible to cool the room down |

Access was great for shopping, eating and also for use of the Metro. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of food. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly. |

There was a 24 hour reception, very friendly staff, extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean, welcoming and an extremely pleasant place to stay. N/a, our towels were brought up immediately (none on arrival) and the mini bar fridge changed(not working,) when we said about them. Pleased with the service. |

Everything was perfect! Great location, only 3 minutes from Ramblas, no noise in 5th floor, clean rooms, friendly staff and breakfast was excellent!! Couldnt be better, hope to go back soon!! |

Our double room facing the courtyard was clean, neat, quiet and comfortable. The room and bathroom were cleaned each day and the bathroom amenities restocked. Fantastic location, close to either Catalunya or Universitat stations. Only short walk to La Ramblas and La Boqueria market. Slightly further up you can easily walk to Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, Barri Gotic and Port Vell. Coffee/tea facilities in the room would have been nice. The breakfast lack variety as they had the same things everyday (cold meats, hot food e.g. scrambled egg, bacon and sausages, toast, cereal, fruits and sweets). It wasn't anything special I didn't really mind it, but it did get repetitive as we stayed for a few days. |

The location was excellent and handy to Metro Underground along with City Bus Tour.Plenty of eating places nearby. Some of the Receptionists were not very friendly. |

the right hotel for a short stay. very good location,very clean,nice rooms.it was more then i acceppt for 3 stars hotel the walls between the rooms are too thin. it ws easy to hear to noises from the next room. |

Close to the main tourist attractions of Barcelona. Room was quiet but on an unattractive light well (see following). Overall very good value. Breakfast was included for less than €72/night. The room looked out onto a small inner courtyard. Very unattractive and seemingly unsafe as no close egress in case of fire. There were iron bars over the top of the light well. |

Staff friendly. Reception staff helpful with regard to city information. Excellent selection of food at buffet breakfast. We had emailed requesting place to leave luggage as we would arrive mid-morning and check-in was 15.00 hours. To our surprise our room was ready when we arrived at 11.00 hours - very impressive. Great location. |

It was quite close to main city square - plaza Catalunya and La Ramblas. We were exepecting that a 4 star hotel should atleast have a coffe maker inside the room. But it was not available in our room. Moreover, since we had booked a double room, we were quite upset to see 2 seperate beds which was quite inconvinient to sleep at night. |

The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from P.Catalunya. I stayed in the 5 floor and had no noise. The room was very clean, cleaning lady came every day, cleaned the room, changed the towels and sheets and even folded my clothes!! The hotel even has a public Wifi spot, and a free Internet computer. You cannot connect USB (Like DOK and etc....) to the public computer. |
