Beliggenhet og bra frokost. Personalet i resepsjonen var meget hjelpsomme. Restauranten kan bli bedre selv om maten var ok. |

Trivelig personale gode rom med AC grei beliggenhet likte svømme bassenget og facilitetene rundt det. SPA og trim avdelingen var også bra. Frokosten var ikke verd prisen, søndag gikk de tom for brød, for lite grovbrød, ikke var det grønnsaker(agurk og tomat), eggene var kokt i minst 15 min. |

Oppholdet var fantastisk! Personalet var behjelpelig med hva det måtte være, rommene var prikkfrie og ja, jeg kikket faktisk under sengen..... Hotellet ligger virkelig sentralt det tar ca 5 - 7 min gange fra hotellet til metroen og derfra kommer du overalt i Barcelona. Spa-området er litt lite brukt, så jacusien var i kaldeste laget, selv for en normann. |

renslig hotel vaska dama skåra mest men recepsjon var ikke språk egnet for internasjonalt nuen av dem. frokost vakt var ikke hygelig kune nesten ikke snake engelsk laa dem gå på kurs i språk, smile kurs er viktig, ellers er det det viktige språk smil koster ikke nue |

Prisen, utmerket massage, god beliggenhet og godt renhold. Fikk lapp under døra om å kontakte resepsjonen. Da vi kom dit ble vi bedt om å betale et depositum for di vi hadde en regning på over 500 euro. For det første ble vi redd, da vi tenkte på dødsfall hjemme e.l. For det andre burde de senest ved ankomst orientert om dette, da de da viste at summen ville komme over denne summen. |

Hotel was comfortable and relaxing, it had all amenities necessary, particularly the fact that there were english channels on the tv was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good also. I would have liked to have an indoor pool. |

Hotel was very functional Restaurant staff were excellent Menu was limited for evening meal Steam room was not functioning properly. Comfortable hotel and I would stay again if I visit Barcelona (asset test) The room I stayed in 506 had an adjoining room door which was not sound proofed I was lucky my neighbour was not noisy otherwise it may not have been so pleasant |

A spotless, modern city hotel with good facilities. Nice breakfast. Good price and location compromise. While most of the catering/cleaning staff were friendly and informative the reception staff/managers were a little unhelpful and uninformed in relation to the local area and amenities. |

Clean and comfortable room. Approx 20 mins walk from Sants station that takes you to/from the airport in less than 20 mins. The jacuzzi was not heated up enough. They were unable to offer spa-treatments during our stay (Fri-Mon). And it was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel in the first place... There is some walking to get to restaurants/shopping/Gaudi/beach. We didn't mind but could be good to know before you book this hotel that it is not really city center located. |

good breakfast, clean and nicely decorated rooms. a pity the pool was closed (not heated) and the gym consisted of only 2 machines and was situated in a dark and hot basement.. The tredmill did not work properly. Expected more. |

excellent staff, very clean, computer stations in the hall since we could not connect to the network from our room. easy access to subway system and close enough to walk to some of the main sites. A meal or two at Bella Napoli across the street is a must! To access the lights and air conditioning unit the key-card has to be in the slot in the wall. This if very inconvenient at night. We had to take the card out to turn off the lights at night but if one of us had to get up in the middle of the night then we could not turn on a light. The air conditioning unit was too noisy to run at night so the room was very warm at night. |

Front desk staff very helpful, offered tourist information. Room was ok, had to upgrade to a better room because the layout of the original room was odd, noisy and comes with 2 single beds. we wanted a double bed. front desk staff was able to get the change done quickly. the carpark -- was dark, very narrow and difficult to find! |

The comfort, the facilities and the servicing of the room were all very good. The variety available in the buffet breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were helpful. From the reviews read on line, I expected the hotel to be closer to the centre of the city. However, I appreciated the quiet of the location. |

2Min walk from subway, and then one stop to city center, very close. Staff was very nice. Room was very big and luxuriance for the mony paid. Breakfast is poor. WiFi didnt work in the room, but there is a pc with internet in every floor and option to connect laptop with lan cable in the room itself. |
