An excellent Restaraunt,michelin star. There was a big football match on . the Hotel was full , it could not accommodate all the people in the public area it was like a railwaystation. If you want to use the Sauna a charge of 40 Euros is imposed, not good , No welcome message on arrival in room no water everything is top payment.Room turndown service was very hit and miss ,from excellent to half do the job. I complained and they were very apologetic, but that is not the point from this catagory of Hotel. a new Madarin Oriental opened there last week I will be there in future |

the position of the hotel is excellent, the rooms with sea view are great. the interior is very nice, many flowers. the food in the Arola restaurant is exceptional. |

The room and the view were great and the location is OK. The service is bad and the reactivity to complaints is very low for a hotel in this category. Also the price/performance for the food and drinks in the hotel and roomservice is completely out of balance. I am well used to paying more in luxury hotel but this was outrageous. |

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The hotel was quiet so we slepped well at night.The hotel is well situated for the beach and the city. We did not like the bed as it rolled the pair of us into the middle it could do with being replace.The cartpet was stained in places and needed to be shampood.The cleaning staff came to our room at odd hours during the day to replenish water etc.We had a toilet that intermittingly wouldflush without stopping.It took 3 requests for an engineer to have a look at it and then he turned up at 2330.The toilet was still not fixed it stopped flushing when it felt like it, |

Everything was great, from the moment that we arrived and were welcomed by a hostess, till the moment we left! The restaurants in the hotel are very good and a lot of local people are coming there! |

beautifully furnished and decorated with superb bedrooms and lounge areas. Lovely situation with great sea views and super staff pool area was limited and at times and at times overcrowded. 3 rooms were reserved and none were ready on time |

The view of the city and beach from the room was amazing, the rooms were ample and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Renata at the Concierge desk gave us great restaurant recommendations, and a lobby assistant by the name of Katrina even let us borrow her own personal umbrella on a particularly rainy day. Housekeeping was done at odd hours that conflicted with our schedule. |

Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic staff and excellent position for beach and adjacent restaurants and nightlife. The hotel is renowned for its staff which is well-deserved and a credit to the hotel The only thing was the lack of good information for guests about how to enjoy the spa facilities or gym-there was only a very little information on the tv which didn't feel particularly welcoming |
