Hyggelig personale som snakket godt engelsk. Trådløst internett som fungerte hele tiden. God frokost. Tilslutt, meget bra sentral beliggenhet med minimal støy. |

Great location very near to Las Ramblas, yet really quiet even in street-facing room. Two blocks to Placa Catalunya airport bus stop. Generous, wide selection breakfast. |

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful at all time. Location was superb! Price excellent! poor breakfast, a bit disappointing considering the great Spanish cuisine. |

Friendliness of the reception staff in partciular. The breakfast room did not open until just after 07.30; and for those who needed to leave the hotel early in the mornings this was a little bit too late. |

The hotel is well located, very quiet, clean, elevator service is very quick and with a small and nice dining room area. My single room was too small and dark. One of the light bulbs wasn't working, and there was not a trash bean in the room but only in bathroom. |

The most helpful and friendly receptionist we have met. Unfortunely we did not ask her name. She was in the afternoon shift about 6 pm when we arrive on Nov 15.If possible pls. let the hotel know our congratulations for having such a nice girl. Not really, everything was ok. |

Location is great, very close to the Plaza Catalunya The breakfast could be till 11am. Sometimes I arrived very close to 10am and the lady in charge of the breakfast removed it at 10am sharp. |

used the hotel as a base as out and about all day, clean, friendly, helpful staff, the rooms were a nice size, comfortable beds, good breakfast available and bar prices very reasonable to the location which was a 2 minute walk to the main square and all we needed |

It was close to shops and restaurants Inter-net connection was in a very dark area no light on keyboard, light next to bed didn't have a bulb, half finnished water bottle in wardrobe |

Good breakfast provided - plenty of variety and god coffee. No offer of non-smoking room - room smelt really smokey. Also, the bar was described as Snack Bar but offered no snacks which was a small disappointment. |

Very central position makes it easy to access most important sites in Barcelona on foot. Reception staff were incapable of answering any question on transport (eg:- how to reach botanical garden & aquarium). |

The location was unbeatable. As a solo traveler I appreciated being close to the Metro and in an area where lots of people are around in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent. The room small but quiet. Desk staff was snitty but I got over it. |

This was a nice room with acceptable beds (2 twins pushed together). The room ws large, the bath very nice. The air conditioning was not working well. Breakfast was wonderful. The air conditioning wasn't working. |

Easy access to areas of interest, as in the centre of Barcelona Good job we were not on honeymoon, as a double turned into a twin room. Room was on main road, so it was very noisy from traffic |

Close to the heart of Barcelona which includes Las Ramblas and Placa Catlunya. Good breakfast selections. Don't get a room facing another persons residence. Small room. |
