Vi fik et dejligt roligt værelse, som hver dag blev gjort rent. Derudover var der også air condition på værelset, som vi brugte rigtig meget. Det kunne være dejligt, hvis man kunne låse døren til badeværelset. Nu gjorde det ikke så meget for os, da vi er et par, men for andre kunne det måske være rart at kunne låse døren, når man skal på toilettet. |

The style of the hotel very modern, nice washroom/shower and heated towel rack. But not enough lights, too dark. The room was facing the main street. No noisy reducer, the noise of cars and people walking by (talking) 24 hours caused me not to get enough sleep. It kept me waking up. The walls too thin!!!! |

They need more staff in the restorant. I saw 2 or 3 serving both restourant, the bar and doing room service. Though these staff are efficient and trying their best, they just can not physically cope with all clients and I had to wait much too long each time (3 evenings) before approached by a servant. |

Location,location,location. Next to a subway station and the airport shuttle buses. Its central Plaza Espanya is wonderful as it is next to the magic fountains and the museums. 3 subway stops from Plaza Catalunya. The rooms are roomy and the shower is enormous. Loved that the floor was dark wood and rug free. Greatly appreciated the in room fridge as well as complimentary bottles of water. We slept with ear plugs and had a wonderful night of sleep. A light sleeper could find front rooms noisy. (Although not half as noisy as any room on the Rembla) |

The hotel is just 200yrds away from the airport bus stop. We arrived at 10.30am and there was a room available for us. Hotel is situated in good position for sightseeing The restaurant was very small 2 members of staff not enough information as to what was available |

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was close to the Metro/Espana and only three stops from the centre of town Catalunya/La Rambla. There were shops and a supermarket close by. If you stay there on a Friday or Saturday night go around the corner of the plaza Espana towards the Museum and experience the amazing 7.30 and 8.30 pm Light and Music displays of the fountains. It's awesome! The beds were too firm and the trafic noisy as it's situated on the Gran Via, the main drag. |

A modern hotel, with up to date syling and all the right ammenities. A very short walk to the subway that will take you anywhere. Good breakfast. Hot water system is shared, so temperature will sometimes vary while taking a shower. |

Close to the Magic Fountains Hotel staff was, by and large, rude......Air conditioning was not adequate and room thermostat could not be set below 15C. Was charged for breakfast which we did not eat. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff said they could not issue a credit although the restaurant had a record that three of us (all in our party) did not eat there. |

Close to Metro and Plaza de Espanya, walking distance. Easy to get to airport. Helpful staff, free wifi, comfortable room. Hopefully the breakfast can be included |

I booked the hotel long time in advance at a fair price - breakfast included! (106 euro per night). Obviously this is more a business hotel than a vacation hotel. Nevertheless I paid a fair price - had a good room - no problems with staff and the breakfast was excellent (despite all the negative criticism in the guest reviews) The price for the breakfast is indeed at a high level but everything is mentioned on the internet, so people should know in advance what they have to pay. We have nothing negative to mention. |

closenss to some of the shopping markets, closeness to the airport, and easy to take 'turist' and 'public' buses Stinginess of the hotel staff was so remarkable. Breakfast was not included and we had to pay 15 Euros/person. This breakfast definitly did not deserve 15 euros. Even they aksed me to pay for my 3 years old son!!! I did not like this attitute. Before booking this hotel I read guest reviews about this hotel but said no it can not be possible. But now I witnessed all the weak points of this hotel. |

Position of hotel is excellent (bus and metro stations are 100m from hotel). There is much to see already nearby. Value for money very very good. Nice, clean rooms. |

Great location near important node in the city, clean room and lobbies, friendly staff, cosy design in rooms, good service, very good rate. No balconies and only one window can be opened, some problems with the internet, very expensive breakfast. |

Location was excellent There was no Ironing room and one had to pay 5 euro's to get an item ironed which is poor for a 4 star. Secondly breakfast was a staggering 12-15 euro's |

the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful the hotel looks onto the Gran Via avenue which is very noisy. Only the rooms that look onto the courtyard are quiet |

Service was excellent, the place very convenient (next to metro), the fact that the rooms were very quiet. In the room there is also a city guide, with extremely useful information about the city. The breakfast price (too expensive, 15€/person!). If they reduce it, the customer will be able to stay and take breakfast too (for example we did not, we ate outside). Also they should reconsider how good is the car rental company they work with (they couldn't give us a car when we wanted and were noo punctual in informing us). |
