Barcelona Center

Hotellet lå centralt og godt i forhold til mange attraktioner. Det meste af personalet var venlige, og manglede vi noget (for eksempel strygejern osv) kom de straks med det. Det var et pænt hotel, dog var stilen lidt mørk på værelserne (men det er jo en smagssag).

Sengene var ret hårde, hvilket var det eneste minus ved værelset. Noget af personalet var lidt svært at kommunikere med, da de ikke var særligt gode til engelsk (men dette kan nok ikke undgåes i spanien).

its doesn't have wifi in the room. it need cable. the room is a bit small.

king sized bed was nice even though we didnot reserve one.

the room they gave us at check-in was a no smoking room on a no smoking floor. the room reeked so bad of cigerette smoking we demanded they change our room. this room was the worst smelling room on our entire 14 day trip through spain. the staff was very snippy about giving us a different room claiming at first that the didn't have any other rooms which was just a lie. when they did change the room they gave us a room next to the elevator with no view. it was loud at night listening to the elevator but the room didn't stink of tobacco like the first room

the staff was very friendly and helpfull, and they spoke fluent english. the room was clean and big, and it was very close to the city center. everything was really good. the breakfast was fantastic as well.

my hotelroom faced a wall, but i didn't mind it so much.

we liked the Kindness of the staff, the very large and sunny terrasse

Loved the jacuzzi. Rooms were great.beds were hard but surprisingly comfortable. Front desk was friendly and answered all our queries. Classy hotel but not in the center of action-but not far away- walking distance.

If looking to go out front door for action--not the place. Good quality hotel for the price and at most 15 minutes to la rambla.

we stayed for 6 nights in a triple room,the room was spacious,spotless,sheets changed every day,the staff were very helpful at reception with any questions i asked,the roof terrace is an added bonus with the jacuzzis and the comfortable sun loungers

yes i did, the location of the hotel is excellent within walking distant to all shops and feel safe too

wish there are some compliment tea or coffee, hot water ficility and radio or music etc

Very high standard in cleaning. Triple rooms were great - very spacious. Very helpful staff

The service is good, the value for money is more than the avergae and the location is very convenient.

The king-size bed rooms, where I personally had an unpleasant experience, though it was fixed afterwards. Moreover, a friend of mine whom together we booked there got a much much better room yet for the very same price and class.
