Hotellet hadde en utmerket standard med mange morsomme overraskelser. Nydelig middagsmat med svært hyggelige servitører. Værmelding for neste dag på sengen var en flott uventet gest. Flotte rom. Beliggenheten for hotellet er også svært bra. Spa- avdelingen var under oppussing, vi fikk derfor ikke testet den. Flott med to bassengområder, samt et lounge-område i skyggen. Er også imponert over engelsk- kunnskapene til personalet. Det er generelt heller dårlig ellers i Barcelona, oppdaget vi. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet på hotellet. Frokost var uhørt dyrt. 220 kr pr pers er fullstendig uaktuelt, og derfor gikk vi og spiste andre steder. Denne prisen bør det gjøres noe med. Det at det er få solsenger regner jeg med er at hotellet holder høy standard og ikke vil at gjestene skal ligge oppå hverandre. Men det betyr også at det blir litt krig om sengene. Vi la merke til at svært mange av hotellets gjester reserverer senger til hele familien ved å legge håndklær på, for så å sove mer eller spise frokost osv. Enkelte kom tilbake flere timer etter at de hadde vært å lagt håndklær på sengene kl. 09. Dette synes jeg er utrolig dårlig folkeskikk og svært egoistisk. Jeg mener at regelen her bør komme tydeligere frem, og at personell kunne følge litt mer med dette. |

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. The doorman ran over to our car and took charge. The hotel has a secure (spotlessly clean and well lit) underground garage, which in Barcelona is important.Every person on the staff that we encountered went the extra distance to meet our requirements. The room was a very good standard with plenty of storage. Value for money was excellent and the included breakfast was upper four star quality. The hotel was not busy (quiet time of year?) and we were generously upgraded to a garden/sea view room. The hotel is a little out of the center but the walk in along the beach front was so enjoyable we didn't notice how long it took. 15 minutes would probably be enough to get to Las Ramblas Not a thing. |

Cool design, very comfortable hotel. Rooms on the main road fairly noisy. The restaurant prices for breakfast way too expensive. Cheap good alternative in the building next door. Tapas dinner disappointing and not cheap. |

a fantastic hotel, sensational facilties close to beach excellent pools . Big very comfortable rooms . The most comfortable modern/ designer hotel I have ever . stayed in . Highly recomended |

Location on the beach and near the metro station, spacious rooms, free wi-fi. Poor hygiene, bedsheets overused, untrained stuff -some of them impolite, small pools, not up to a five star hotel. Difficult to communicate in english. A bit noisy, but we didn't mind. |

The roof top pool area was nice with a wonderful outlook I had my wallet stolen before arriving at hotel & the reception staff member seemed uncaring and unhelpful |

Upper middle class hotel with good location near the beach and walking distance to down town. Gracefull and flexible staff. Issue to improve was culture of reserving sunbeds. People set their towels early in the morning and then they arrived around noon -> forbid to reserve sunbeds could be considered... |

The staff were very friendly, ambiance in the hotel was very good. Had everything you needed in the room, and a lot of extra touches which went down well The only thing that I think should be changed is the fact you cannot get into the room till 3, which when you arrive after a long flight with a child you would like your room a bit earlier than that |

Very nice hotel, close to beach and within easy reach of the town centre via the tourist buses. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Spa was out of use during our visit. Rooftop pool water could have been cleaner. Expensive for breakfast (€27) but plenty of local cafes to use. |

The location, design and in room / hotel amienities are to a high standard. Lovely roof pool. We found drinks very expensive.€26 for two Gin and Tonics (bombay Saphire). It felt a little like the hotel were trying to discourage you from ordering room service or drinking at the bar, (by both their price points and attitudes in general). You are so near everywhere so this doesn't really matter so much. |
