Hyggelig personell. Ganske rent rom. Store fine rom. Veldig god frokst. Kunne skaffet en oversikt i heisen over hvilken etasje bassenget, treningsrommet og spa'en lå. Burde få grader på airconditionen. Ikke skala. |

beliggenheten var veldig bra for oss, vi skulle både ha storbyferie og bade ferie. hotellet ligger i gangavstand til stranden og 5 min med taxi til sentrum. hyggelig personale. koselig hotell. |

Ligger litt på utsiden av bykjernen. Og spisestedene var veldig lokale. Ikke så mange turister akkurat der. At man får beskjed at det er bygging rett utenfor hotellet. Bye bråk pga at de holdt på å sette opp et nytt nygg. |

Excellent location - outside city center but easily accessible by tram, bus and metro. Management was very helpful during our crisis of theft of wallet, all cash and credit cards.Excellent breakfast. Could not make international call from my room on hotel phone. Water pressure from shower very weak and difficult to adjust; no directions written in room to explain use of ammenities, heater/air conditioner. |

the hotel is very nicely designed and new. the reception staff is very coperative but the catch is room service and maintenance. this part is below standard. |

The breakfast was very good, the staff was very kind, the room was technicaly equiped and the wirless internet was free. It was not noisy. The fitness was included in the prise. |

Its ultra modern hi-tech design makes it really different from other "standard" hotels and your stay at Diagonal Zero gives you a feeling of luxury and exclusivity. The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, so do not expect to have a nice view from your window. |

Clean,Quiet,next to mall with separate restaurant floor.Subway very close.And the girl in reception was really nice.Marta You know it - smile will make the difference.Generally there is lot to learn about nice service in Barcelona - cold keep smile will not bring the people back really... Bar had to high prices for 0 atmosphere?Not very cousy to sit down. |

Although I booked via the internet and all my data were available, the hotel insistetd to pay upfront. The employe did disturbe me at midnight for a signature and while having break first I was asked to sign again. Unacceptable |

The whole idea behind the hotel is good - wireless in the rooms, ice dispensers on every floor, spacious rooms and very well designed lightning all over the place. It's just opposite the congress centre, so it's really convenient if you're there for an event in it. There's a tram station just outside the hotel, the metro station is not more than 5min walking. The Diagonal Mar shopping centre is pretty big and offers a wide variety of products and cafes. Roof-top area is quite nice. The cleaning lady was really friendly and helpful, although she couldn't speek too much English. The most serious complaint i have is that when we were checking out they tried to make us pay for services we didn't use (terrace bar, room service), then didn't want to give us back the deposit of 400 euro we had given at check-in. One of the things they tried to cheat us with is that at the time of booking and paying only one of the rooms was payed and we had to pay the other room, the other was that at booking only one of the rooms was at the promo price and the other was regular-priced, ending up in at least 40min of quarreling and us arriving really late at the airport. An advice from me - print out and carry all the documentation you can (i had to show the bank statement from my credit card to prove i actually had payed both rooms!!!) |

The hotel was clean, efficient and well ordered. Nothing worth a complaint; but also nothing to like about it. I found the experience very depressing while having no specific complaint to make. If I had been staying in Barcelona for longer I would have changed hotels. On average I spend 50/100 nights a year in hotels, some more expensive, many less well appointed, but I cannot remember one that left me feeling so much like an item being processed on a production line. A very unhappy experience. |

The rooms were modern and stylish. The hotel staff were pleasant and responded quickly to requests. Lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants close to hotel. A long way out of Barcelona but good transport links into the city so not really a problem. Building work going on close to the hotel. |

A stylish modern hotel that was very well placed for exploring Barcelona by tram or Metro. The rooftop pool was a real plus. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. All in all I would be happy to recommend to anyone for business or pleasure. |
