The location was great, right on the beach, the staff was nice, the hotel facilities were ok. the sheets were changed every two days, but they were not always very clean (I saw a spot once). Otherwise the cleaning of the room was ok. |

the room is good. there is no minibar inside of the room (as it was written on the page of hotel before), but there is minibar in the corridor with cold water for free. the staff is friendly, but works rather slowly. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for check-in |

The receptionist noted that we were on our honey moon, and gave us one of the best rooms in the hotel, we enjoyed the sea-view balcony. |

I enjoyed the bed and the quiteness of the room. I was only there for a night but I enjoyed my stay. I didn't enjoy the staff very much because of their arrogant attitude towards helping me. It felt as if my money to stay there was not enough. They certainly don't seem as the people that would go above and beyond anything to help! |

Hotel is close to the beach but a bit far from the marina (30min walking). rooms are nice and clean. there is no fridge in the room, so can't keep any cold water inside the room, the only fridge is outside on the floor. |

The hotel conforms to 4-stars. The next advantage - bottles with drinking water free of charge. One of computers in business corner was out of use often. |

We resevered multiple rooms (non refundable and refundable. I cancelled the refundable rooms way in advance but when we got to the hote, I was told that the room was cancelled but since it was not done on time I would not get the credit. It took one day and many many conversations with Hotel staff and managers to correct the issue. I still have to wait to make sure they credit us on the changes. Also the air cond on one of the rooms broke and we had to switch the next day. Not compfortable sleeping in hot room. |

The beach front location was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite. I have stayed there before and would do so again. The air conditioning worked really well and was quiet at night too. Perhaps the beds and sheets could be improved, but we still slept well. |

Beach area. Quiet neighbourhood. Free fast Inetrnet (I had my own cable with me). Free mineral water every day. Many art paintings on the walls and tasty interiors. Some sealings in the bathroom were dirty and mouldy. Too small pillows in beds. |

The staff was excellent. The front desk was extremely helpful. My husband enjoyed his evening a little too much and was slow to get up. I asked downstairs if it was possible to get two cofees to-go since I knew that he was not in the mood to go down to breakfast. A young gentleman named Keymed at the restaurant made two coffees and knowing that I couldnt carry up both of them to my room (with my purse and laptop in my hands) volunteered to take them up to my room. It would have been very easy for him to say, "No. We dont have take away cups" and be done with it. An excellent hotel and we recommend it to others. |

The hotel is on seaside, a little bit far away from the city centre, but for what you get is not a problem at all. The staff was very experienced and kind, the room very tidy and cleaned, absolutely gorgeous |

The room and the bathroom are both very spacious and clean. The hotel offers free bottled water. Overall, I would say we enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was not sound proofed at all, you could hear each time the nearby quests went to the bathroom. And some non essential things like no balcony and no fridge in the room... |

The hotel was very nice and it was an extremely good price for the two bed room. It was very close to the beach and a shopping mall. It was kind of far from the center of town, but still easily accessible by bus |
