Flott og sentral beliggenhet, store rom. Meget god service hos personalet. Rent og velholdt, selv om det er litt småslitt på rommene. Luksuriøst. Frokost bør være inkludert i romprisen. Relativt dyrt å spise på hotellet sammenlignet med restaurantpriser i Barcelona. |

Bra belligenhet. Bussforbindelse tilsentrum rett utenfor hotellet. God parkeringsmulighet for egen bil, selv om dette var svært dyrt. Rommene trenger renovering. Sengene var meget harde og hadde lav komfort. Holdere til håndklær på badet var revet ned, og ikke utbedret. Terrassedøren lot seg ikke låse. Hotellet er i utgangspunktet et 5-stjernes, men framstår kanskje mer som et flott 4-stjernes. |

Servicen og hjelpsomheten til personalet, rommene var store. Det var boblebadekar , morgenkåper osv. Slike ting som gir en følelse av luksus. Helt perfekt |

I'm a pianist and I wanted to play something on the piano in the piano-bar, and the staff told me it was forbidden. Since I've been playing piano for 40 years, I don't think I whould have hurt the grand piano. |

The location was great, service fine, and facilities nice. We were happy that they let us check in right away in the morning, as soon as we arrived after an overnight flight from the US. We really enjoyed our stay. |

The rooms/bathrooms were well appointed. The port/ marina was nearby, and you can catch the tour buses from outside the hotel. The pool was closed the top floor with the gym was not staffed when we visited and was poor. The first room we got was dirty. The main restaurant in the hotel was closed on the Monday night. I would have preferred to stay in a more central hotel. The area was noisy at night/day with a working port nearby. I did not think the hotel was value for money. |

friendly staff good food the airconditioning in our junior suite was not working we were sweating all through the night for two days and when we complained we were told to open the windows for breeze to come inside i have never seen this kind of thing in a five star hotel what a shame |

The hotel is in a nice setting on the harbour but not particuarly central and it is not a nice walk to the old town if that is where you wish to spend most of your time, |

staff was very helpful. after checking in we found out that hot water was flowing poorly in the bathroom. a technician came immediatley and after he couldn't resolve the problem we were moved to a beautiful suite. the concierge helped us a lot in booking great tapas places and restaurants for our dinners. the location of this hotel is excellent, both for touring the city and for relaxation as well. |

The hotel was luxurious and very modern. The room we had was a great size and the view from the window was lovely overlooking Barcelona. Breakfast and room service was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower could have been hotter the temperature varied whilst in the shower. Also the pressure was not that strong. I would also mention that the cost of drinks in the hotel Bar was very high, compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed in. |
