Flott frokost, lå sentralt i Barcelona Noe bedre renhold på rommet, i forhold til nye shampo og såpeflasker og bytte av sengetøy. Harde madrasser. |

Takterrassen var fin, og frokosten var spesielt god. Rommet var lite, men fint. Sengen var hard, vann lekket ut fra dusjen på gulvet. (Det er for øvrig vanskelig for oss i 40-årene å angi i denne undersøkelsen om vi er "ungt par" eller "eldre par"!) |

Hotellansatte svært behjelpelige og trivelige!! Hotell relativt nytt og fresh. Svært godt beliggenhet mtp shopping, restauranter transportforbindelser. Flott med velkomst-cava!! :) Åpningstider for utendørs basseng bør spesifiseres - skuffet over at man ikke kunne leie utendørs jacuzzi på taket kveldstid "barcelona by night". Spa heller ikke tilgjengelig alle dager....Seng var eldre fjærmadrass, men grei nok. Rom luktet røyk, tross ikke-røyk:( |

The staff was most helpfull in obtaining taxis and getting us to different points if interest via the metro. Great location for just about anything a traveler would want to do. |

The staff were exceptionally helpfull and friendly. Hotel was very clean and central. Breakfast excellent too! Yes it did not havea proper restaurant to dine in, only food in the evenings was served in the bar/reception area, which was slightly disappointing . |

The champagne welcome. The ability to leave luggage safely when you arrive early as we did. The design of the rooms with the sitting area and tv. The open air roof terrace. Central location. Helpful and friendly staff who are able to speak English well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend it to friends and stay again in the future. A little noise - rumble - from the metro although this would not put us off from staying in the future. |

Staff were very courteous, and spoke perfect English. Hotel is really well located. The rooms are very quiet and very well furnished, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. Also, the free glass of Cava on arrival is a very nice touch! My room was very small, although everything that I needed was in it. Also, although I was only in the hotel for 1 night, I imagine the room would be very dark during the day as the only window looked onto a very small internal courtyard. However, having said that, the alternative would have been to have a street-facing room, which would have been much, much noisier. Also, having wheels on the bed was a bit strange, as the bed tended to roll away from the headboard whenever I sat on it! *But all of these things are very minor. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel. |

The hotel is very good located and the terrace is really great! The staff at the reception is really friendly and helpful! The food from room service is not good. Rooms are small but for the price it was ok. |

Superb location in the heart of Barcelona, busy main road so request a room off the main road, rooms are adequate maybe a bit on the small side but what you would expect in a City hotel. Staff very good and helpful. |

The hotel was clean, modern, had elevators and a large lobby. The bathrooms were nicely updated (mine was very large). There were many choices of food at breakfast in the downstairs dining area and there was also a lovely rooftop area. I appreciated the use of two computers in the lobby. Phone messages were printed and placed under my door. The staff could have been more knowledgeable about the city. I was there during a major holiday and when I asked about the holiday I was told to google it. |

Our breakfast was included in package and was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and willing to speak english where our spanish was terrible. Very central without being on the really busy tourist streets. The free cava (spanish champagne) was a great touch Beds are small and hard, but not the worst. |

The staff spoke excellent English and the hotel was in an excellent location, close to the Cathedral, Palau Musica, and the Picasso Museum. The reason the room was so cheap was because it was on the first floor facing the street. It didn't bother me, but it could have bothered someone else. Everything else more than made up for it, which is why I consider the deal I got an excellent value for a terrific hotel. |

Eventually the great location (see below) Hotel was overbooked for the first night of my three night stay and I was moved to another hotel in an area of Barcelona I did not want to be in. Hotel staff also lied by telling me my room was not available because of electrical fault, when I arrived at second hotel they told me I had been moved for one night due to overbooking. Not good enough when I made my booking in Jan. this year ! Moving for one night of a three night stay is far from satisfactory. |

We requested a twin room and on arrival were given a lovely room with a balcony and the glass of cava was a treat..... I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

Great Location, Warm Welcome,Roof top terrace, We had not booked breakfast due to it being advertised at 15 euro, when we arrived at the hotel we found this was on offer at 9.99 euro. Good Value. No english tv i.e. News ect. No Hot drinks facilities availble in room only room service. |
