Perfekt beliggenhet, flotte rom, vennlige og hjelpsomme ansatte, deilig forkostbuffet med svært godt utvalg. Dette var vårt fjerde opphold på Hotel Regina på 4 år - og vi gleder oss til neste gang!

This is an excellent hotel were you have a good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and ok breakfast. Free wireless internet is a big pluss. This is my second time at the hotel and I will 100% sure use it next time to Barcelona. It is situated just in the right place for nightlife, shopping, restaurants and not to far from Nou Camp...

The hotel was very well located. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The choice for breakfast was good and the food tasty. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Regina and would stay there again if visiting Barcelona

Its excellent location; walking distance to la ramblas, gothic quarters and eximmple areas.Lots of restaurants around the area and a supermkt just opposite the hotel.

The staff could be a little friendlier Also, we had to open the small window in our room to let in cool air cos the room was a bit stuffy on an unusual hot day.We checkit with front desk and seemed that it was managementś policy to switch off the air-con. I thought a bit of flexibility is necessary here.

That the staff remembered it was our 30th year anniversary and sent up a bottle of champaign on the house.

The first floor room was very noisy and we had no air conditioning. You could hear the metro as it ran underneath.

Nice location! The road in front of hotel is not so noisy. The room design is sophisticated and new. Very good location for first visitor to Barcelona.

I truly love the location in Plaza Catalunya, the beds are really soft and nice. The staff was extremely super nice.

Only thing that happens they turn on the heater last week, so this week the temperature went up outside so it took 3 days for them to get plenty of complaint of the rooms being very hot and they finally turn on the A/C. This is the way this hotel works.

Hotel is located in the heart of Barcelona - 50 metres from Plaza Catalunya. You live at the very centric point of the city but at the same time Bergara street makes you feel very special - you live in the quite silent street but can see Plaza Catalunya from your balcony. If you wish to make a perfect booking please don't forget to ask for room with balcony. Rooms have contemporary design and they are very comfortable (bathrobes, slippers) and clean. Breakfast is excellent (with fresh fruits etc.). The hotel's staff is very professional and kind ( both in reception and breakfast room). You stay like in your private home in the center of Barcelona. The nearby elegant department store "El Corte Ingles" makes your stay even more comfortable.

The only thing that should be improved - the tea and coffee maker in every room would attract even more guests as it is a standard in most 4 and 5 star hotel. The hotel manager should consider this issue. It is small but quite essential detail.

Location, style, comfort, and friendliness of staff

My husband took a bad fall in the lobby because it is not apparent that there are steps leading from the elevator area to the main lobby. He was badly bruised throughout his body and was extremely uncomfortable throughout out our vacation as a result of the fall. I would beg you to get this situation fixed before someone gets crippled for life.
