Hotellpersonalet var blide og koselige.Det var bare 15-20 min å gå til stranden.Frokosten var bra.Bra middag i resturanten.Ett moderne og fint hotell. Sengene var veldig harde. |

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Staff were very friendly. Room service menu was very limited. Location felt a little unsafe after dark as the streets were deserted although we didn't have or see any trouble. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly room was nice, air conditioned and nicely decorated a discrete maid came to clean the room each day and replenished all toiletries and changed towels. Their food in the hotel was amazing but quite expensive although when you order there is plenty of food i.e. triple decker sandwiches. Breakfast was fantastic but as it was 10 euro per day. Beds were really comfy though. All other guests were respectful and friendly and it was lovely lounging on the roof by the pool, water quite cold though, not heated but once you get used to it nice to cool off from the hot sun. Overall a good hotel just a few niggles for the money we paid considering it was for 3 girls for 8 nights not a massive amount of storage space. No kettle! The 3rd bed was shorter than the other two. I really missed drinking water on this holiday there was a mini bar in the room where they charged you 2 euros for a tiny bottle of water. If you go to a shop you can get a large bottle for 37 cent. 2.50 for a tea but you do get a pot/ a jug. The bedding on one of the beds had holes in it. In the gym area again there is no water. |

Receptions stuff vas very polite and friendly. They were interested in all of our needs and our questions. They even made phone calls for ourmatch tickets. That we were expecting to the hotel.Thank you very much. |

The view was spectacular from the roof, where a small (but perfect for relaxing) pool is located. Underground (tube) is 5 minutes (walking) far from hotel. Room confortable and spacious. A mall was close to the hotel. The closest beach to the hotel is about 10 minutes on foot and it was nice and not too crowded. It wasn't the easiest task to communicate with certain members of the staff. Of course I do not mean the cleaning staff... Some of them spoke really fluently english, but others not so well. However it was no big deal, but this could be improved. Pool and pool bar shouldn't close so early. Especially for the roof, I think there is no reason to lock it after 23:00 (if remmember right), as the view is magnificent and it is a great place to rest before going to sleep. This applies for the hotel bar too. At last but not least, it's a pity that such a great hotel does not offer free wi-fi internet connection everywhere in the hotel premises. |

the location was very good, close to the beach, metro and a shopping mall. The design and space of our room was also very good. Two things marred our experience. There were three elevators and 2 were not working throughout our 5 day stay, this resulted in a wait of about 10 minutes going up and down. Since we were travelling with our 5 year old, we could not take the stairs. What made it worse was that the staff seemed totally unconcerned about this. We complained to the manager on duty and he said that we can write a bad review on the internet. There was no apology or gesture of goodwill (for example, free internet or free breakfast). Everything else was good, but we will never stay in a Vincci hotel again. |

The city of Barcelona It was not located in an asthetically pleasing area and seemed a bit out of place. Internet access was far too costly and service spotty. |

the friendly staff, 5 minute walk to the beach, comfortable clean lovely room. good air conditioning in room, excellent elevator service, someone always to let you in at the early hours of the morning, excellent breakfast. i would like a bath, and the shower was not hot all the time. |

i like just a komfortable bed....... no possibile to pay for TV-this is nonsens....i gave to put on charge my fotokamera-they didn"t,and the staff forget to book the taxi to go to the aeroport,so i almost missed my plain,exuse me - never ever il come back to this hotel...... |
