Delightful place and adorable interior design. Very pleasant staff and nothing seemed too much. We even left a bottle of Valentine's champagne there in safe keeping for our next visit at Easter. Central location in the city was so convenient. Very clean. |

Hotel isn't really a 5*, it's getting a bit shabby and the classification obviously hasn't been updated for some time. Rooms were big but had tired, stained and torn decor. I was disappointed. Some of the other floors looked a bit better than ours but were still worn and tired and if your booking through bookings.com you will end up in the really old rooms as your paying a discounted price. |

I do not speak any Spanish but all the Hotel staff spoke perfect English which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The staff of this hotel were both curtious and very helpfull in all matters.I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bilbao whether on Business or a holiday. |

There was no air conditioning as advertise and that was really disconforting . We have to ask for a ventilator. We could not sleep at all. Thy also charge us for two breakfast we did not consume. |

Large foyer area and fastest lift I have ever been in! Design of furnishings was striking. Standard of cleanliness in our room was bad. Carper was dusty and had bits on it. I walked into bathroom with bare feet to find that there were shards of broken glass on the floor. Also hairs around the bath. The bathroom floor was cleaned on request. Minibar had only 1 glass in the cupboard and the bottom of the fridge was awash with water. Housekeeping staff need better training as these standards are way below what I would expect of a hotel of this quality. |

Location in Bilbao excellent for access to the Guggenheim art gallery, the old city and bus stops from and to the airport. Info at the airport helpful re bus stops |

Well located hotel, within easy walking distance to both the Guggenheim and the characterful narrow streets of the old Caco Viejo district. Nice quiet spacious double room with lovely bathroom. The breakfast buffet and cooked-to-order offers lots of choice. Staff are attentive as you would expect. As I said on leaving, I will stay there again when I hope to see more of the city of Bilbao. |

The staff were extremely helpful, the bar is welcoming and stylish. The rooms are beautiful. It was a plaesure to stay here. Free internet access was a good. |

WOW! The gentleman that greets guests at the door made for a very impressive introduction to the hotel. Nice that he offered to park the car. Front desk staff was always helpful. Gentleman in the bar could have been a little more attentive. |

Personnel competant et professionnel , bonne literie , tres calme alors que hyper centre ville , parking prix correct et avec service voiturier , plan de la ville fournis avec explication et oriantation du personnel multilingue. Minibar tres peu remplis , manque set de cirage chaussure. |

J'ai apprécié:L'accueil,la situation dans la ville,le calme.La formule proposée avec petit déjeuner et billets d'entrée pour Musées. Des taches décolorées sur la moquette.Salle de bains un peu trop classique.Dans l'ensemble cet Hotel a un peu vieilli,aussi la 5è étoile est surfaite.C'est un 4étoiles. |

Cet hotel est tres bien situe au centre de Bilbao...pour le reste.... Beaucoup de points negatifs dans cet hotel a commencer par l'etat general de l'interieur ( contre marche usee jusqu'a la corde, tele ne fonctionnant pas, sanitaire presentant des vieilles salissures, porte presentant plus de 1cm de jeu... ) et je ne parle meme pas des vieux fauteuils euw aussi extremement usés! La chambre venait elle d'etre juste refaite dans un style tres baroque. Quand au petit dejeuner la variete et la quantite des produits laissent reelement a desirer au regard du 5 etoiles presentées sur l'exterieur du batiment. Hotel non recommandé ..le carlton a proximite presente de bien meilleurs arguments. |

Localização perfeita: distância a pé de todos os pontos de interesse, do centro e do autocarro para o aeroporto. Excelente relação qualidade/preço: a tarifa de 125 € por quarto duplo incluía pequeno-almoço, duas entradas em dois museus, mini bar e bebida de boas vindas. |
