Veldig god beliggenhet. Air condition på rommet vårt fungerte veldig dårlig. Kunne ikke lufte via vindu da dette var ut mot en trang sjakt. Pga dette scorer ikke komfort høyere enn rimelig. |

Beliggenheten var fin og god størrelse på rommet.God frokostbuffet med godt utvalg. Veldig lytt, hørte veldig godt naboene på rommet ved siden av.Det var ikke vannkoker og kaffe ,te på rommet.Jeg syntes dette hotellet bør kategoriseres som et tre stjerners og ikke et fire stjerners hotell. |

Location Air conditioning did not operate adequately during our entire stay. Staff kept on ignoring complaints and dismissing as it would be fixed during the day, situation was never corrected. |

Convenient to Metro and Central District There was not a "Do Not Disturb" sign in room and housekeepers repeatedly knocked on door and woke up us. Asked for a "Do Not Disturb"sign and was told they were out of them. Was there eight nights and never got one. Housekeepers did not replace items used in bathroom daily. |

This hotel was really central for exploring Barcelona on a city break. The staff were generally helpful by Spanish standards. I found the Greeks more helpful and accommodating. The restaurant whilst supposedly open, often lacked staff on hand. Maybe this was due to other jobs/roles placed on them??? |

The staff were helpful when we were looking for directions or understanding where to go in the evening. The room although sold to hold three adults was a double sized room with a fold up bed. When visiting the hotel we realised we could probably have obtained two rooms as cheap if we had not booked over th internet. |

The location was near Las Ramblas. The accomodations were very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. Happened to pick a week when the Barcelona Gran Prix was happening, so the room cost was inflated. Everything was satisfactory, regretted the high room rates. |

The location was great. Safe and walking distance to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, shops, metros, and restaurants. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The room for a triple did not have enough draw space to accommodate 3 persons, room was kind of tight. There was no iron or coffee maker in the room. Also, air conditioning was not cool enough. |

My requests for high floor, two rooms nearby and non-smoking were honored. I like this Eixample neighborhood, clean, safe and upscale compared to other sections in Barcelona. We did not have a breakfast package and found authentic cafes and had coffee and croissants one block away with the locals. The bed was very comfortable too. Front desk staff weren't unfriendly but seemed distant and detached from the guests. They gave very little information when asked where to go for dinner. |

Excellent location, and we got it at a reasonable price. Hotel has a very clean and modern interior. After much walking in town the jacuzzi is just wonderful. You have to pay for the little extras, I.e. not possible to borrow an iron, but you can pay to have your laundry done. Very disappointing that you have to pay an extra 2 Euros per day to use the safe in the room. |

Nothing outstanding for a '4 star' hotel. Only english channels on tv were cnn and bbc news, they don't really cater for you outside of your room. Walls really are a bit thin as previous reviews have said. |
