The room (404--top floor next to the stairway) was quiet, beds quite comfortable, thermostat totally adjustable, very nice armoire, fantastic Wifi, great microwave and fridge with a tiny freezer (although mini-bar contents were a bit of an inconvenience, since we preferred the price of our own food). 1) As others have mentioned, the shower is rather difficult because it has only a half door and no curtain. Unless you hold the removable head and use it as a hand shower, it is hard to keep the water contained. The bathroom wall showed signs of that problem. 2) An alarm clock with a lighted dial would be very useful. |

Close to Metro. Nice guest patio area. Staff super friendly and helpful. The pool was not open the end of May because it was not "summer" yet. The bathroom was pretty small and the shower had a 1/2 wall so water got all over the place. |

the rooms are excellent you can hear car noises from the street a bit. Not a busy street, luckily though! |

Our stay at the suite was very brief. The roomy suite was very clean. The front desk help was very professional and courteous. The taxi service was extremely fast / prompt on the day of our departure. I thought the bathroom facilities were extremely attractive and nice. While it was very nice having a lot of items in the refrigerator to choose from, I was uncomfortable not knowing how much the items cost individually. If I had known that something was free for the taking, that would be helpful to know too. A food price list would have been helpful. If there is a price list in the room, I did not find it. The bathroom could be a little larger though. |

Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff close to the metro and shopping. Pool was not available due to lack of repairs yet we were not told this before arrival despite our booking being subject to the pool being available. Also there was no stair balustrade in the apartment which would make it unsuitable for a family with small children ..also strange that they provide a microwave ,fridge and sink but no kettle or crockery and cutlery unless you request it. |

The apartment has a fridge & microwave but no cutlery or crockery & also the pool(which is quite small) doesn't open till 11am. Also be aware that a lot of shops,bars, restaurants etc close in August but saying that there was still a lot of options... |

Superb service, and despite its distance from the centre of Madrid the Metro was very close and convenient. Excellent rooms and the restaurant was great. |
