The handy shuttle bus, excellent breakfast and free WiFi. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's most likely because I have a memory foam bed at home. |

The hotel was very god and the staff friendly and polite. The garage. The ramp to go in is very steep and our car has a very low front so we were not able to use it even though we had booked the sleep, park and fly option. |

The room was well equiped ,clean and quite ,staff were helpful and efficient ,dinning room good, with wide choice of vareid menue, staff most helpful ,service good . Although adeverised with swimming pool and sauna, there were no toilets or washing facilities, except for a very public shower at the far end of the indoor pool ,availiable ,shortage of towels, and nowhere to relax after the sauna |

The staff was extremely helpful. They were fluent in English which was important to us, as we do not speak the native tongue. The property is very clean and well-lit. There is a restaurant and cafe, both with reasonable pricing. |

English speaking employees willing to help with maps of city etcetera. Buffet breakfast was well presented and had an good variety of food. We did not realize the buffet breakfast was not open until 7 when we booked on-line. We pre-paid for breakfasts for both mornings we would be there. On arrival we discovered the hour opening was too late for us to use before we had to be at the airport. We tried to cancel the second breakfast the day of our arrival but were told we couldn't. No reimbersment was given. We were offered juice, coffee and a bun and cookies, in lieu of the full breakfast we had paid for. 24 euros (12 euros each seemed like too much to have paid for this skimpy breakfast. |

Receptionists are kind and practical, Airport service were very good. The hotel airport transportation is really important. The taxi from airpot charged minimum 20 euros. The Restaurant is open at 8 pm, I would be more appreciate it if they can serve in the lobby or bar counter for light meal like Salad. |

Room was very spacious, clean and modern. Entrance to the hotel impressive with generous use of marble, high ceilings and comfortable leather couches and sofas. We had lunch at a very reasonable price. They have a set menu with several choices for appetizers etc. We came in early from a cruise and were given a room although check in was at 2:00 PM. Liked free shuttle to the airport. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. Its location may not be suitable for someone wanting to be closer to the center of Barcelona. |

Comfortable king size bed. Well appointed bathroom. Nice well furnished room. Continental breakfast was not value for money.Courtesy bus was arranged at counter, name, time required and terminal of departure were recorded. However our driver did not understand nor spoke any English. The passengers could not make the driver understand which terminal to be dropped off. The driver was? given a list of names of passengers and their required terminal drop off. Without speaking or understanding English the driver should have known at least how many guests had to be dropped off at which terminal (and preferrably by name) which could have been spoken, even uncorrectly pronounced. We had to ask the driver on the way to terminal 2 to return to terminal 1. Other guests were also concerned about the confusion. No more space. |

Reception staff were very helpful - no problem extending stay extra day. Bedroom decent size & quiet, bathroom nice & large. Nice touch with mini wash bag containing razor, cream, toothbrush & paste. A good & comprehensive breakfast menu was available (but the coffee as usual in these types of hotels was of low quality). The various Lunch and Dinner menus were good. Very good restuarant service in the evening. Close proximity to airport. I am an aviation professional and one reason for choosing the hotel for a brief business stay was the availabilty of an airport courtesy coach. Unfortunately it did not operate all night so had to find taxi from Terminal 1 twice. This was very difficult as no taxis are about after midnight in the early hours - strange for an international airport? |
