The unlimited internet access was about the only thing we enjoyed Although we asked for a non smoking room it stunk of smoke, we had to be moved to get internet access though they advertised internet in all rooms and the hotel was overpriced for what it provided and its location was nowhere near anything a tourist would want to see or do. |

staff were courteous and pleasant, the food was good I had requested non smoking rooms , they were smoking and the bedding and curtains were permeated by the smell which I found unpleasant , plus the road outside was noisy |

Good value (55€) in May It's a little bit far away from city center to go on foot. They should give some more explicit driving directions on the web. Ugly views. |

Very nice room with great big bed, comfortable. Male receptionist on arrival was flippant when told about the difficulty in finding the hotel. Poor description of location of hotel, 2 hours to find it even with sat nav. |

Receptionist was very helpful and polite. The evening meal was excellent and good value for money. The location of the hotel was too far from the city centre for sight seeing but was good for an overnight stay. |

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean and bright and serviced daily. Hotel is impossible to find. Took us 3 hours. No road sign and name on the building is hidden behind trees. It also has a car showroom on one side. 30 minute walk to city centre across large intersections and under motorways. Best to take taxi back in evenings. |

Room was really clean and nice, buffet breakfast was excellent as well. Hotel staff was kind. Signal of the wireless internet was quite poor, so internet worked slowly. Well, it worked anyway :) |

Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable room and a good breakfast. My car was broken in to overnight but the hotel staff were excellent in helping to sort it out. The dining room was not open on the Saturday evening and the food available by room service was poor. |

Friendly and helpful staff. This our 2nd visit and was easy to find, however, the 1st visit we found the hotel by chance because of the traffic lights which were red! Otherwise we would still be looking. Room menu limited and expensive. We ate out. |

Very large & comfortable room. It was convenient to have a restaurant on site. Free internet use. Free car parking was great. Restaurant food was just so-so. It's difficult to locate hotel from road because it's on a service road. |
