Everyone was helpful & courteous. The food was excellent at the Lounge Bar and the location to the renfe was ideal. We wanted to dine in the panoramic restaurant but were turned away (dressed in shorts)--i would not have gone up there if there had been an indication that a dress code was in effect. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice spa/leisure facility. Although a longish walk from the centre, the hotel’s location beside the train station makes travelling around the city easy. |

Great hotel located next to the central station and other attractions. The receptionist and the bell-boy did their outmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A huge room with a separate bathroom, shower and WC was allocated to us. Very clean and inviting. Would stay there again even though it was already my second time. To improve sound isolation between the room and the corridor. |

Easy access from the airport. Next to Sants station so easy access for the whole of Barcelona. Friendly staff. Good sized rooms with excellent facilities.Good views across Barcelona from restaurant there was nothing I disliked about this hotel |

Clean, modern rooms, good location by train station and metro. Internet was expensive; for the fairly high price of this room, I expected internet to be included. Restaurant was also expensive. Nice hotel, but next time I would probably look elsewhere for a better value. |

Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Food in restaurant excellent, location though not central was near main train/metro station Noise from traffic below. Rooms on the higher floors less of a problem |

Very helpful front desk and bell staff as well as excellent and friendly service in the lounge bar, where I had dinner one evening. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet on the 23rd floor was great value at €12 on a promotion while I was there. Fantastic views from this breakfast location. I was just a little disappointed that the swimming pool was not free for hotel guests. |
