It's central location. The efficiency of Eleanor the receptionist. The power shower/Jacuzzi The room wasn't cleaned in the four days we stayed there (they left clean towels on day 3). There was a persistent offensive smell from the bathroom. The picture depicts a roof terrace overlooking the Alhambra, which in actual fact we didn't have access to |

Location, 5 min. walk to Plaza Nueva. The room was almost fully equipped, but no laundry machine. I got a room on the ground level but it was not so noisy, unlike the previous guests commented. With the transportation of flamenco tour recommended by the apartment, I was picked up at Plaza Nueva but dropped off alone in front of Catedral after midnight. The draining hole of the shower room didn't work well. After 5 min. of showering, the water even went outside the shower room near the toilet. |

The apartment was well located, quiet, clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Our night time arrival was problemmatic as staff were not available and we had a bit of difficulty finding the correct room and then discovered that the unit was not fully accessable (no key to lounge), however, the next morning, we were upgraded at no cost and all in all had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel's easily walkable proximity to the Alhambra, restaurants and transit could not be beat! Staff went out of their way to help and provide info on the area. Our only quibble was the web site shows a picture of a 'loft' style penthouse w/ the bedroom on the upper floor and the lounge below - but in the same unit. The description of our upper std unit said the bedroom and lounge were on different floors - so we assumed a lesser view/ smaller unit but similar layout. Upon arrival, we learned access to the kitchen/lounge meant going to a different floor of the hotel! As we did not want to walk thru the (public) halls in our pj's in the night to get a snack, we were offered a better laid out unit #9. Ask carefully about the layout, also as some have their tubs/showers located in the bedroom v in the bathroom - awkward with teenagers/parents. But good hotel overall. |

The location was great. Easy to get to and in walking distance to all the main sights. We had booked the standard apartment for our trip but was told when we arrived that we would be put in the upper standard apartment as they had cockroaches. They said that they had fumigated the apartment but it was best that we stayed in the other one. The kitchen in the upper standard apartment was on another floor so we did not utilise this and the 2 bedrooms were very dark and small. The rooms had not been cleaned so we had to ask them to do this again. Considering that the reviews were very good before booking we were not happy with our experience, which was such a shame. |

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment, helpful staff. Central location - just a couple of minutes walk downhill to the town centre. We didn't get the apartment we had booked, which had two bedrooms in it, so ended up with one with a bedroom and sofabed. This was an upgrade and the apartment was very nice, although less convenient as we were two friends travelling together. The apartment would have been ideal for a couple. I would recommend arriving early in the day as the apartments are on quite a lonely backstreet. |

Beautifuly decorated apartments in the Islamic character style. Excellent location in the characteristic old city with views to the Alhambra in some appartments. In the centre within easy walking distance to the great sights. Staff reception on site very helpful. Nothing a problem. Nothing to dislike. |

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and flexible. I ended up stay in the apartment for the whole three days because my daughter was sick and I really can say that the apartment is very comfortable. Our room was also upgraded and they didn't charge extra for late check out. Highly recommend! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was very central although about 20 minutes walk from the railway station. Unless you're a local, driving to the hotel is near impossible due to the narrowness of the street, and finding entry into the street is very tricky - don't bother to try would be my advice. It looks much easier on the map than it really is. Unfortunately, both the rooms we stayed in had unpleasant smells in the bathroom - avoid the cheaper apartment on the ground floor. the staff said that the smell was a problem 'from time to time' so maybe is isn't always a problem. They were very well equipped. Also there was no washing machine, and the local lavandaria is a fair walk away. |

Rooms where much smaller then expected. Our appartement consisted of bedrooms only. Not a normal living space, no chairs and very small shower/toilet. Jacuzzi and all were great but the lack of a living room was a real miss. The description is exact but I expected a living room with chairs to be a given and thus didn't notice that it was not mentioned |

its location was ideal for visiting the alhambra. it had excellent restaurants nearby. the apartment had all the facilities necessary for a short stay and the bed was very comfortable. the heating was so good that we would have liked to turn it down occasinally but there was no control in the room. also visitors with larger cars like ours need to be warned about the extremely narrow streets as we scraped ours. |

hemos pasado un fin de y estamos encantandos con el apartamento , por su situacion , por el personal de recepcion , por limpieza , en fin ha sido un sueño , ademas de que granada es preciosa os la recomiendo , como ademas fue mi cumple tuvieron un de talle conmigo y me felicitaron y me dejaron en el frigo una botella de cava . manuel y gloria estuvieron de lo mejor , gracias |

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación en pleno Albaicin, y que estaban decorados de manera árabe, muy auténtico para la zona, muy bonitos y románticos. Todo está genial, si acaso el baño un pelín pequeño, y poca luz. |

La ubicación es perfecta para ir visitando la ciudad, al lado de Plaza Nueva. Los apartamentos en sí están hechos y decorados con gusto y parece más estar el casa de alguien que en un Hotel, y las vistas desde la misma cama son espectaculares, La Alhambra el lo primero que ves al despertar. Otro punto a destacar es la hoja de recomendaciones personales de sitios para comer. El gran fallo está en la cama, es de 1,35cm como mucho, insuficiente para una pareja no dormimos nada la primera noche, se cobra una doble cuando realmente en individual por el tamaño de la cama, a la segunda noche tuvimos que dormir separados, uno en el sofá cama y otro en la cama. Es una pena y espero que lo solucionen porque al no descansar pierde todo su encanto |
