God beliggenhed i forhold til Alhambra og Granada by. Tagterassen Man burde lade gæsterne indviduelt regulere airkondition - selvom vi satte den på 10 gr. C kom temperaturen aldrig under 26 gr. C. Man indrømmede i receptionen at den var reguleret centralt. |

Centralt placeret. Rimelig fleksible vedrørende check-ud tid. Havde dysfungerende AC. Fik en ikke engelsktalende reparatør, der skruede på en knap og indikerede at vi bare ikke skulle anvende termostaten... I stedet skulle vi tænde og slukke afhængig af temperatur. Så kan det blive en lang nat... |

Terassen med swimmingpool, cafe og fantastisk udsigt. Dejlige, brede senge. Central beliggenhed. Ja, værelserne (216) virker en anelse tunge i møblementet og mørke i farverne. |

Dejligt værelse (Superior) med udsigt til Sierra Nevada. Højt serviceniveau og en fantastisk lækker morgenbuffet. Lad portieren parkerede bilen i p-kælderen og tag evt. taxa til div. seværdigheder. |

Central beliggenhed ift. udforskningen af Alhambra og Albuicin mv. Den optimale tapas restaurant 10 skridt fra hotellet ! Man kommer aldrig derfra ! Dejlig international stemning på hotellet, og højt service niveau. Den smukkeste udsigt over Granadas tage, hvor svalerne også hyggede sig. Meget professionelle bartendere, der gjorde vores sene besøg i baren mindeværdigt. Lav cafe con lechen stærkere i morgenmads restauranten ! |

the staff were extremely helpful getting us into the car park and for providing local information - especially the local free internet access. i thought the hotel could advertise it's services better - or provide more food in the Cafe - the room service selection was very good but we would have liked to get it in the cafe instead. |

Easy access on foot to the wonderful city of Granada Road access is very difficult. The satellite navigation system took me down roads with restricted access and it was not clear whether I should be in them or not. I would never have found the hotel if I deviated from the main route. The city of Granada needs to make the rules in these streets clear to tourists with better signs.The parking bay(unloading only) outside was full and a second difficult circuit was necessary. Parking was expensive but it was valet parking. |

The hotel was very convenient to everythingwith most places within walking distance. The Breakfast buffet was excellent The only problem was the traffic noise . Also there is an excellent Roof terrace and pool which is closed from the end of September . We had exceptionally warm weather in October and it would have been nice to be able to use the roof terrace bar as the main Bar is characterless and dead. |

location yes, swimming pool and outdoor eating location on roof was shut in September which spoilt the stay somewhat, was not advised that these facilites would be closed in september. |

The location was not bad The service was abysmal. They are totally disorganized. There would be 4 people behind the front desk (I am not exaggerating) waiting on 1 person, while there was a line of 15 people. They lost my fax.I would never go back there again. |

Very central hotel. Decor was in need of updating. Bed was too soft and it is fairly noisy too! The pool is also very small - not like the picture on the website. |
