Dette var et veldig bra hotell i forhold til pris. Frokosten som var inkludert i prisen var noe enkel, men velsmakende. Belligenheten var bra, og rommene og badet var veldig fint. Det var også parkering, noe dyr kanskje men i en parkeringshall under hotellet. |

the staff were very helpful, spoke excellent English and answered every question thoroughly. They even made suggestions for tapas and a flamenco show that were phenomenal! Parking was readily available and breakfast was good. |

We were impressed by the quality of the rooms, which were very comfortable. The receptionists were mostly very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Altogether, good value for money. Two small issues - the room did not have a double bed for us the first night, though this is what we booked. We were able to move the next day, fortunately. When we did move to a room with a double bed, we had trouble with noise from our neighbours (loud television) - sound-proofing of the rooms isn't perfect, therefore. Breakfast was pretty grim - bitter coffee, super-concentrate orange juice, salty bread - best to go out and find a local cafe. |

Good location (right in the middle of the city, a bus ride from the bus station and the airport, 15 minutes walk to Alhambra, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel), friendly and helpful English-speaking stuff, rooms are not very big but comfortable and clean |

The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and all the sights in Granada. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well done. The continental breakfast was filling enough: toast, pastries, etc. It was a very good value for the money. There were no elevators so you had to lug up your own luggage...a bit tough after a long trip. Otherwise, we liked everything. |

The price of the room. No elevator!!! I had to carry my bags (and my girlfriend's) all the way to the first floor I can't see how somebody in a wheelchair could even enter the hotel, because there are other stairs at the entrance and no ramp. No ventilation in the bathroom and, as a consequence, a horrible smell. Also, they use some cleaning products with another persistent smell. |

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke some English They increased the agreed price for parking by 4.5 Euros per day as they said the hotel had changed hands. We had no choice but to pay up. |

Good location Weak air conditioning, seems it didn't work at all. It was july, very hot, so very difficult to sleep.Very poor breakfast - only bread, jam & concentrated orange juice - no cereal, no fruit, cheese or cold meats. |
