my double room (at 5 floor) was very comfortable, clean and quite. Service was quite good. the location, very close to the center (underground stop of Serrano), is perfect for a holiday, every important place is easily reachable by public transport or by walk, and the surroundings are very elegant and pleasant with many boutiques, restaurants/cafes and other shops

Only 2 things: Breakfast is not included and is quite expensive (more than 10 euros); Frigobar in my room didn't work.

The staff were very helpful as we were English speaking guests with only a small understanding of the Spanish language.

The breakfast was too expensive.

This is a very stylish, clean, quiet, well maintained hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff.

Good location, cleanliness of room, pleasant helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities.

I didn't like the painting in our room, but I would be very hard to please on this point. We had planned from the start to have breakfast outside the hotel but if we had wanted it I felt the price would have been prohibitive.

Su ubicación en la zona comercial del Barrio de Salamanca y su cercanía a varios de los Museos y Exposiciones más emblemáticos de Madrid.

Una mala experiencia con la limpieza de la habitación. El suelo estaba mojado, no había aviso en tal sentido y mi esposa resbaló y cayó al suelo al entrar a la habitación. Afortunadamente parece que las consecuencias han quedado en un considerable moratón y el dolor de las magulladuras. Se oye bastante la calle a pesar de contar con buenas ventanas.

La tranquilidad. La ubicación a un paso de todas los lugares de interés de madrid. Una decoración armoniosa y moderna en un edificio antiguo.

Había comentarios sobre el desayuno en su página web que no era todo lo bueno que debía ser, pude comprobar que no es cierto. Era muy variado y equilibrado (buffet). Tal vez el único inconveniente era que a una hora no muy temprana no hubiese lo que a primera.

Poca insonorización de la habitación

El diseño del hotel en general es muy agradable, pero especialmente me gusta su ubicación, a pocos metros de Serrano, Velazquez, Goya..

Personal muy atento y servicial, hotel bien comunicado (estaciones de metro muy cerca), comercios y bares//restaurantes en los alrededores. A 5 minutos andando del Retiro y otros lugares de interés turístico.

Olor desagradable en el cuarto de baño de una de las habitaciones (desagüe//tuberías). Parking muy estrecho, no apto para coches medianamente grandes !!!!
