Et dejligt hotel med mange faciliteter. Super dejlig udsigt fra alle værelser. God wellnes afdeling.

Lidt for slap holdning til hvordan en spa område benyttes. For meget larm, og benyt et håndklæde hvis man ikke vil ses nøgen. Badetøj direkte fra en pool med klor er ikke lækkert i en sauna.

Maden - morgen og aften buffen var rigtig godt. udsigten over poolområdet er rigtig flot.Dejligt roligt område.

Eneværelse med en mellem dør var meget tynd, skal laves meget bedre hvis man skal føle man bor alene.

Godt værelse med balkon og udsigt, rimeligt roligt om natten med visse undtagelser fra støjende gæster på balkoner.

Støjende gæster efter kl. 24 bliver gjort opmærksom på deres generende adfærd. Morgenmad på værelset via roomsevice er katastrofalt dårligt, kold kaffe og the, kolde æg, ringe brødudvalg, manglende levering af bestilte ønsker. Vi vil fraråde vores venner at benytte roomservice til breakfast på værelse.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

Bar prices expensive.

Large bedrooms all with balcony and great view over Palma Bay. Great Showbar with two acts on even in November. Generous buffet breakfast and dinner. Nice lounge and several good quiet areas for reading and playing cards. Very friendly staff.

As many other reviewers have mentioned, the beds are rather hard.

The staff was very helpful and kind. All the facilities needed for a good sunny holiday were there. Excellent food both at breakfast and dinner. Wonderful location near the seaside.

A very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. We went for a short relaxing break, this is just what we got, lovely staff, good food, room with a beautiful view. The position of the hotel is excellent looking straight out on to the sea. Palma was reached in minutes.

We are a 60+ couple, not sure how suitable the hotel would be for families, there is no beach access, swimming from the hotel is off rocks.There is a a very small but pretty beach about 800 metres from the hotel but I could imagine it would be very crowded in the season.

I had never previously stayed in a Riu hotel though I had heard of this chain. The hotel, the facilites, the general experience-and most importantly the staff, were all of a high quality. The engagement between the staff and the guest is of paramount importance-and the staff at all levels in this hotel demonstrated good training put into practice, efficiency, care and concern and without being intrusive or overbearing. The food and the efficienct dining service in a large hotel was again impressive and with the dining room staff tending to all needs promptly, with dignity and a noticeable pride in delivering a professional service. The food was very good!

The peace, quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the food!!!!! In fact quite the perfect short break.

Very comfortable, beautiful setting, magnificent views, terrific breakfast, proximity to Palma. Pool and sauna very nice. Classy part of coast (no riff-raff).

Fresh orange juice at breakfast would be very welcome! Piano music at the bar was very outdated. Average age of clientele 50 or so.

Location and general facilities. Quality of food. Views. Helpful reception staff.

The evening meal set-up. I prefer to eat outdoors and would rather choose the time I ate instead of 2 rigid sittings. There also seemed to be some preferential treatment for certain customers when it came to allocation of tables. If I decided to return I would definitely only book bed and breakfast. It would be better if the lunchtime bbq could be extended to an evening - on a booking only basis.
