Fantastiske resepsjonister som var meget behjelplige! Rent og pent, med bra standard på alle områder. Flott utsikt over hele kysten til Illetas, og badebaseng, solsenger og vannaktiviteter helt ved sjøen! Lite bra mat I poolbaren, selv om de serverte alt fra middag til desset. Få unge / ungdommer. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Bar prices expensive. |

Large bedrooms all with balcony and great view over Palma Bay. Great Showbar with two acts on even in November. Generous buffet breakfast and dinner. Nice lounge and several good quiet areas for reading and playing cards. Very friendly staff. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the beds are rather hard. |

The staff was very helpful and kind. All the facilities needed for a good sunny holiday were there. Excellent food both at breakfast and dinner. Wonderful location near the seaside. |

A very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. We went for a short relaxing break, this is just what we got, lovely staff, good food, room with a beautiful view. The position of the hotel is excellent looking straight out on to the sea. Palma was reached in minutes. We are a 60+ couple, not sure how suitable the hotel would be for families, there is no beach access, swimming from the hotel is off rocks.There is a a very small but pretty beach about 800 metres from the hotel but I could imagine it would be very crowded in the season. |

We enjoyed our stay the food and facilities were to a very high standard with courteous,helpfull and friendly staff. Unfortunately the night time entertainment programme was very poor |

I had never previously stayed in a Riu hotel though I had heard of this chain. The hotel, the facilites, the general experience-and most importantly the staff, were all of a high quality. The engagement between the staff and the guest is of paramount importance-and the staff at all levels in this hotel demonstrated good training put into practice, efficiency, care and concern and without being intrusive or overbearing. The food and the efficienct dining service in a large hotel was again impressive and with the dining room staff tending to all needs promptly, with dignity and a noticeable pride in delivering a professional service. The food was very good! |

The weather! The view. My friend who lives in Majorca used to visit me and the staff were very helpful when he was looking for parking. Also, when going for breakfast nobody demanded ID or room number, it demonstrates trust in the customer. The beds have an undersheet that were not the most comfortable. |

Very comfortable, beautiful setting, magnificent views, terrific breakfast, proximity to Palma. Pool and sauna very nice. Classy part of coast (no riff-raff). Fresh orange juice at breakfast would be very welcome! Piano music at the bar was very outdated. Average age of clientele 50 or so. |

Location and general facilities. Quality of food. Views. Helpful reception staff. The evening meal set-up. I prefer to eat outdoors and would rather choose the time I ate instead of 2 rigid sittings. There also seemed to be some preferential treatment for certain customers when it came to allocation of tables. If I decided to return I would definitely only book bed and breakfast. It would be better if the lunchtime bbq could be extended to an evening - on a booking only basis. |

very good to have rest, excellent staff in pool bar, very good service at lunch, prices fair. Recommend Spanish dinner night cleanliness of room is fair, long time to serve drinks at dinner, had to request it several times on different days otherwise we would eat dry, very few activities at night. |

We found the views beautiful, the staff gracious, and the atmosphere most welcoming overall. The meals (we had the package with breakfast and dinner) were quite adequate, with a great variety. We would not call the food gourmet though. The air conditioning was barely adequate It needed a stronger fan to carry the cool air into the room. |

7th floor resturant is very good and stuff doing will.reciption stuff is very co operated ,but the night duty is not do his job wright.not woke up us morning.in general hote is v good and would be coming againe. reciption duty night shift only |

1. Many visitors were stung by jellyfish, however there were neither warning messages nor information whom the victims should ask for help. In fact, swimming pool staff had some effective medicine for external use which should have been applied immediately after bite. It was too late when I learnt about this. 2. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows, not for people with back problems. |

Staff was friendly, atmosphere relaxed. Buffet dinners varied and interesting. Fun for a short family seaside break. Decor and design rather faded. Pool area was crowded and nosiy. Air conditioning in rooms not strong enough. |

we had nice view from our window and that was the only nice thing about this hotel Disapointing as for a standard of four star hotel. It feels rather as old fashioned 2-3 starts resort. Beds were really hard and all other facilities incl really old. Water in swimming pool, jacuzzie and sea felt dirty.We got alergy from one of this waters.There is no beach at all, swimming in the sea very difficult (very deep water, rocky ground, strong waves). Keyboard music at the bar every day the same. We had few serious incidents with stuff and management was not able to talk, explain or react on that properly.The reception told us they didnt know who other manager is and made us feel unwelcome, urging us to leave. It gave us bad feeling of that place and we left earlier. Totaly, we truly regret to have chosen this place. |
