Personel som jobber der gjør beste de kan for at ditt opphold blir behagelig. De anbefalte oss gode restauranter med fantastisk matt. Vi var der med gruppe på 22 pers. og alle var veldig veldig fornøyde! Vedr. servis: Jeg fikk en flekk på t-skjørtet mitt og lagt den på badet etter at jeg har prøvd å vaske det uten suksess. Neste dag ligger det helt rent! |

Nice hotel with excellent location, comfortable rooms, breakfast was great In the reservation we had a vip access to facitilites at other hotel, when we arrived we were informed that this was long ago taken back as service. |

the staff were very helpfull, the rooms spotless and it's in a perfect location for sightseeing in barcelona.Use the aeroporto bus it stops a 5 minute walk from the hotel. |

The hotel was just a few feet away from Plaza de Catalunya and the Ramblas. The breakfast was every day the same, why not a boiled egg for example |

Location was very good. Facilities were excellent, including a nice bath and great sound-dampening windows. (No small thing in a noisy city.) Staff was variable: some very service-oriented and others pretty mediocre. |

Most of the staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to make your stay at this hotel exceptional. You also have to cart your own luggage to your room, |

We were very satisfied with the comfort and quietness, considering that the hotel is only a few steps from La Rambla, one of the busiest streets in the world! |

The location is absolutely fantastic and the staff are very friendly and knoweledable about the area. The temperature in the room was far too hot and we could not control it at all, since it was only spring, it is quite possible that the A/C was not on yet. |
