Beliggenhet, svært hyggelig og serviceminded personale i resepsjonen. Særlig Enriq som jobbet på ettermiddager/kveld utmerket seg. Veldig rent over alt. Kunne nesten speile seg i hotellkorridorene. Bråkete rom ut mot gaten, men resepsjonsbetjeningen la ned mye arbeid slik at vi etter ett døgn fikk rom mot bakgården. Vi betalte ett lite tillegg for bedre rom. Vi hadde derfor 4 rolige netter etter den første natten. |

Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. One of them can speak 5-6 languages very well, but the one in the night shift can't speak English. The hotel is located in Gay area but it's very safe and central district. the rooms with two single beds are bigger than the ones with double bed. |

friendly, helpful staff; nice atmosphere; good room; quiet; nice lounge so not forced into the streets- very good point and main reason i chose this hotel;internet access; good accessability of public transport breakfast was bit mean ( 2 bits of toast, 1 jam and 1 butter) but good coffee - would be happy to pay bit more for a bit more, but i can see that this is good for groups |

Quiet location, just off Gran Via. Helpful, multilingual concierge. Small, [but not uncomfortably so] spotlessly clean, quiet room overlooking tiny 'courtyard'. Great shower, towels changed daily. Breakfast looked good but we like to wonder around and find small cafes, or bakeries. Easy walking distance to shops , restaurants, about 10 mins on foot to Puerto del Sol, 15 to Plaza Major. |

Mostly the old school spanish ambient, location is right in the centre near some really good bars and mostly all main city sites. There is a car parking nearby. You have a small balcony - very cute. You really feel the city from this hotel. No hotel car parking. |
