Ligger svært sentralt i forhold til shoppingmuligheter. Kort gange til Gran Via. Hotellet ligger 50 meter unna Metrostopp, som gjør det mulig å bevege seg raskt rundt i Madrid. Hotellpersonalet snakker kun spansk, og du føler ikke at du er på et "turisthotell".

If you lucky - you can have nice stay, but if you have noisy people in next room - you can not to sleep at night at all. The walls are too thin. Also in front desk the clerk didn't want to call to taxi . He lied me about taxi strike and charge 40 Euro for "special servis" to get to airport. So, it wasn't any strike! Be carefully!

I was near metro, room was clean and comfort.

Kitchen is little small.

The location is very handy - metres from the Tribunal metro station (lines 1 and 10, serving both main train stations) and a reasonable walking distance from most main sights. The area seems generally safe but is not particularly pleasant (e.g. lots of graffiti). Our apartment was a good size and very clean.

The wifi was pretty hopeless - it didn't work at all about half of the time (we were on the 3rd floor) and it was slow even when it did work. The stove in our apartment regularly caused all the power/lights to go off, so we had to keep a torch handy while cooking dinner! There was a fair bit of noise from other apartments and from outside. Overall, though, you wouldn't expect it to be perfect for the price we paid in a central location.

Staff were obliging and it was convenient to have a kitchen

The wether was quite hot and there was no cooling air conditioning. It was needed very much.

Our room was different compairing with the photo we've seen at booking.com, during the reservation. We were reserving room for 3 persons, at the photo we saw 2 rooms or at least something was separating matrimonial bed from the third one. But it was different

The location is great!!!!! Very close to the metro, people walk around the area around the clock, happening area in walking distance. The room was cleaned every day, although if you stay many days, you should pay attention in not getting the floor dirty, as the maids are not using the broom. The rooms overlooking behind (not on the street) are quite, but the walls are extremely thin, you can hear almost everything happening in the neighboring rooms and if you stay there for many days this can become annoying.

Location, Helpful staff.

Well situated in centre of city, not far from the Gran Via. Metro and buses outside hotel. Friendly helpful staff, giving immediate attention when nescessary. Good double glazing, so no street noise. No refreshments at hotel, however it is self catering and there is a grocers shop 3 minutes walk away. Plus local indoor market. Will definately use again.

I had no problems with the hotel.However the cooking utensils were very limited.It has no disabled access.The lifts are on the ground floor but there are 3 small flights of stairs to negotiate first. other then that .Nice hotel.

Very well located next to the subway and walking distance to all the great attractions of Madrid. Also, the staff was very helpful and even spoke our language, English. Felipe and Iolona (not sure if that is spelled correctly) were both extremely kind. We especially appreciated how quiet the rooms were throughout the day and night. We also liked that the rooms had kitchenettes, free internet access and that the cleaning staff was very accommodating.

This was a great hotel and good value for the money. One thing that could have been improved though was the air conditioning system. It shut off a couple times in the day and could make the room quite warm when it was off
