Abba Castilla Plaza is clean and conveniently located next to the Metro Plaza Castilla that connects direct to the blue line to sol. We were greeted with smiles from the reception and were indeed glad with the assistance provided by the reception staff on where to go for the evening. We had a wonderful time at Plaza Mayor and managed to see the busy sol area. |

The hotel is very nice. 3 minutes to metro entrance. Breakfast is good with money choices. The elevator comes very slow during rush time. So we have to take stairs. Besides that everything is perfect. |

Everything is nice, we didn't include breakfast as it is a bit expensive. Location is a bit far away from city center, but metro station with 3 lines are nearby, takes around 20 minutes to Sol, so it's OK. Besides, close to airport, 30 minutes by metro. |

It is a fine hotel nicely located to the city's centre (walking 30 minutes) or by metro (10 minutes) Airco was not working, the temperature in the hotel was to high and it took over 3 phone calls to the hotel's desk and over 1,5 hour to make the staff coming in action. |

Everything worked. I felt it was a little pricey for the accommodation but overall, would use again. I felt the bathroom could have used an update. |

The hotel was well presented, rooms clean and food ok The only problem was on New Years Day when we tried to find somewhere to eat in the vicinity of the hotel. Hotel reception told us everywhere was closed and we would have to go into the main town to find anything open. Reluctantly we went to the MacDonalds over the road. Then we went to the hotel bar for a nightcap omly to find the hotel restaurant was open !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

La zona en la que se encontraba situado; esta lejos del centro pero bien comunicado en el resto de la ciudad. Por otra parte me gustaria agradecer al personal del hotel el detalle de guardarnos las maletas; ya que nuestro ave salia por la tarde y al dejar el hotel no teniamos oportunidad de guardar las maletas. GRACIAs La verdad que la estacia fue corta y no dio tiempo a muchas cosas. |

la situacion del hotel, sus instalaciones, la habitación cuadruple y lo completo de su cuarto de baño El aislamiento acústico con respecto a la calle. En las habitaciones más bajas se oían el ruido del tráfico con mucha facilidad e incluso llegaba a ser molesto. |

El desayuno bufett está bastante bien y el personal es muy amable. Un diez para ellos. Me sorprendió bastante que el recepcionista me dijera que no habían visto mi reserva hasta ese mismo dia por la mañana, que la próxima vez me pusiera en contacto directamente con el hotel... y la cuna que solicité no estaba preparada. Sin embargo no tardaron mucho en solucionarlo. |
