Pænt og rent standardværelse. Hotellet ligger forholdsvis tæt på Barajas lufthavn. Hold hotellets restauranten åben også lørdag aften. Maden i cafeteriet var absolut ringe. Sørg for at den lovede tranfer til og fra lufthavnen fungerer - vi måtte tage en taxa til hotellet selv om vi prøvede at ringe flere gange. Personalet bør være bedre til engelsk. |

OK, but it was disappointing that even though underlined first in the booking and at arrival to the reception that we wanted a quiet room in order to get some sleep before the morning flight, a new guest was sent up in the room next to ours at 2 o'clock in the morning and the first thing he did was watching TV with a volume that was really disturbing. That you try to awoid these kind of events. I am aware that you are not responsable for the behaviour of your guests, but it is not a good idea to risk disturbancies sending up new clients at this time of the night to rooms next to guests who has explained that they prioritize silence in order to get the few hours sleep possible between the flights. |

overnight for a trans-Atlantic plane - hotel very clean, staff very helpful, the buffet lunch & dinner for 10€ very good as was the breakfast. Shuttle to airport very convenient. We'll stay there again on our next trip. |

Good and clean hotel, very good experience. 5 minute walk to the metro, within 40 minutes in Madrid centre. Taxi costs approx. 18 Euro to the centre, takes about 15 minutes. Price versus quality is absolutelly great. |

we just stayed for a few hours between flights, so not applicable the heating in room was via the airconditioning, and none in bathroom...the floor was marble, and freezing...very unpleasant in winter. |

15 minutes from airport, free shuttle, modern look, comfortable room, extremely clean and walking distance from bank, restaurants, convenient stores & the metro station. The breakfast buffet was not good. It had everything, but the food tasted re-heated and grease. |

Staff was friendly, the airport shuttle service was excellent and prompt. Room clean. Rather than having a queen or king bed, the double room was two beds pushed together with separate sheets. Our wakeup call was mistakenly made at the same time as the shuttle departure despite asking for an hour earlier. |

Very good value, close to the airport. Free wifi internet connection. Shuttle bus from the airport was confusing. No information at the airport, had to phone the hotel to send it. |

We booked this hotel through an offer on booking.com and the value for money was great as was the efficient airport shuttle that came in 10 mins to pick us up at the airport and they picked us up the next morning as well, in right time to catch our morning flight. I would definitely come back next time when connecting through mad Barajas Airport. |

Excellent hotel near Barajas airport with a prompt and helpful shuttle service. Ideal for a single female traveller in a safe residential area of madrid. Although breakfast doesn't start until 7 am there is coffee and pastries on the bar and a number of nearby places serving early breakfasts. |

convenient to airport, free shuttle, very modern, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. The sound proofing of the street noise was not very good even though they had double pained windows we could hear the street noise and noise from bar all night. |
