El Pasaje

Nyrenoveret og giver indtryk af at være rent og pænt og ligger centralt. Meget støjende kvarter. Dog var et af tandglassene, som var pakket ind i en plastikpose, ikke rent. Der var rester af tandpasta i det.

Jeg vil stærkt anbefale hotellet at give gæsterne i et dobbeltværelse hver sin nøgle. Det kunne vi ikke få, og det er ikke praktisk, når man indimellem går hver for sig - især ikke når receptionen oftest er lukket.

Maybe the view from the window could have been better but i stayed at the hotel for city sightseeings and it wasnt a real problem for me

It's right in the center of the city. We walked to all attractions within 20 minutes. It's clean ,quite and not too expensive. A bit difficuly to communicate with the staff, but they are very helpful. By the way, we get to hotel by metro !

Excellent hotel in a great location in the centre of Madrid. 5 minutes to the nearest metro, Sol. Highly recommended.

The rooms are modern and comfortable. Location is centrally located (near to Sol) but we had difficulty getting to the hotel by taxi as certain roads near the hotel was closed due to construction. there are also some good tapas bar around the hotel.

Staff needs to speak better english.

the location is good , walking distance to many touristic sites , clean , good brakfest.

there is no one in the front desk who speaks English. but there are very helpful people at hotel victoria next building.

Excellent location close to sights and public transport. Good value for money, comfortable rooms and great breakfast buffet.

The staff did not speak foreign languages at all, which made communication very difficult.

Small, comfortable hostel in the centre of Madrid, it is very near the Metro, sights, the polite personnel, tasty breakfast.

This hostel is really good for his position (in the middle of Madrid), is clean and nice. The staff and the breackfast are OK.

The position! super! in the core of Madrid, close to major cafè and attraction...The breakfast large and varied.

Some rooms are very small, and paper wall... The staff of the hotel is shared with other residences, and sometime there's nobody at the desk. In the toilet the air conditioning didn't work.
