Til prisen opfyldte El Prado vore forventninger på bedste måde. Midt i det pulserende centrum af byen. Vore ønsker og anmodninger blev opfyldt med venlighed og professionalisme. Vi vil vælge El Prado igen, hvis vore veje atter bringer os til Madrid. |

Convenient location, close to museums etc.but still quiet at night time.Very good tappas bar &restaurant close by Whenever the bath tub was emptied the water would seep through the inspection plate on the floor, leaving the floor wet allover. |

Centrally located, close to Prado, Plaza Mayor and other major tourist sites. Helpful staff. Very little outside noise when the windows are closed. Hardly any view. |

Very clean, light and airy. Ideally situated for visiting Madrid - all the major sights are within walking distance, and there are some excellent restaurants in the vicinity. This is our second stay, and we would use it again. No coffee making facilities in the room. Collecting (and paying) for coffee from the foyer was a bit of a pain. I also think, given the climate in Madrid, that bottled water should be free, rather than charged from the minibar at E2.50 per small bottle. |

Excellent hotel!! Room & bathroom was super & so was the breakfast!! Staff were very nice & helpfull. Not forgetting being centrally located!! |

Small friendly hotel, ideal for modest-cost but comfortable accommodation close to museums, cafe-bars, and within walking distance of Plaza Mayor and palace. It was exactly what I wanted. breakfast rather minimal, but really no complaints at all. |

The location is good, the standard of rooms and service was high and we would definitely stay there again. We had coffee and croissant breakfast and it was a very very poor croissant and certainly not worth the money. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was large, clean, very modern and comfortable for the price. We had two small children and it was very family friendly and accomodating. Centrally located too. |

Staff bahavior (all of them speak English fluently), place in the sity (it is situated just in museum triangle so provided for us the posibility to observe three of these during 40 hours stay in Madrid), service was exelent |

My wife and myself stayed at 5 different hotels in Spain. This was our favorite. We were lucky enough to get an exterior room with a private deck. Since no cars could use the street it was very quiet. Close to all the historical sites the location was about the best you could ask for. |

This was a great hotel within walking distance to many of Madrid's city attractions. Tapas bars were everywhere and within walking distance. The only suggestion I have would be to have the hotel make sure the sliding door leading to the balcony doesn't automatically lock. We found ourselves on the balcony locked out of our room. |
