Nice breakfast buffet. Helpful personnel at Reception. I was disappointed to find out how much all the spa services costed. The only opportunity to use something free was the jacuzzi on the roof, which was not warm! |

Dejligt stort værelse og badeværelse.Beliggenheden perfekt. Problemer med safetybox straks løst.Mulighed for at lave kaffe og te. Fri minibar med læskedrikke. Havde på forhånd hørt om værelser uden vinduer. Vi bad receptionen om et værelse med vinduer, der kunne åbnes. Det fik vi. Madrasserne er meget hårde. Det vil være en god ide at skifte til blødere |

Det var et godt centralt hotel,dog fik vi et værelse i :midtergangen uden et vindue,det føltes lidt trist.Vi kunne ikke se om solen skinnede eller ej,det føltes lidt trist og mørkt.Til prisen burde der have været udsigt ud. Det er lidt svært at svare på men det ville have været rart at f.eks. kunne vælge værelse ud fra oplysninger ligesom flysæder hvist noget sådan kunne være muligt |

Everything.I asked for a room at the highest floor and they satisfied me.Five minuts from El corte ingles and three from metrostation.Very clear. |

The spa was fun but wouldn't pay full price for it - luckily it's half price on Wednesdays & Sundays and lunchtimes everyday! Rooms were clean, facilities were good and staff were helpful and friendly. Good location within easy reach of main tourist attractions. The views from our room across Madrid's skyline were great - we were on the 11th floor - rooms on the 10th appeared to have balconies - this would have been an added bonus. Some minor things only: I did not like having to pay extra for breakfast but this was not a problem as we ate in local bakeries for a fraction of the price instead. I also did not like only having one pillow but this is usual in alot of hotels. Finally I did not like the noise the cleaners made - their storeroom / office was next to our room and they made a racket every morning going in and out of it - despite our do not disturb sign on the door - but this was just unfortunate I guess. It's a shame entry to the spa is not free for guests of the hotel - we might have been more inclined to try some treatments if it had been. |

It's right in the middle of everything ! It's not a wonderful hotel but it's so well position that it really worths. The hotel look old and the room is really small. |

Room large, modern and clean. Location great, close access to Metro, shopping, nightlife and attractions Breakfast buffet good, Light switches were very complicated and inconvenient. Key cards had to be reprogrammed three times during stay, apparently very sensitive? |

The room was good size and free mini bar was nice. Also the breakfast was very good. TV signal reception was terrible and it would switch itself off after a few seconds, although I was told I should have called the hotel maintenance people who would have fixed it. Also no international or satellite channels but only five Spanish channels. |

Spa was wonderful - a real treat, (Cant believe other reviews say different) its fab!! Balcony nice, location great and staff very nice. Free minibar with cold drinks a nice touch Room was very small however we did request a balcony and the rooms with balconies tend to be small, room a bit dated, old furniture, torn wallpaper, flooring damaged - definately needs an upgrade. Balcony gave more feel of space but not sure if deserving of 4 star |

The staff were as helpful as they could be - mostly, depending on who you spoke to. The room was a good standard, clean and comfortable. The central location was good. The spa was terrible and made worse by the fact that it wasn't free and closed a lot of the time, like other advertised facilities (gym, bar). There was no hotel information (about checkout times, facilities) in the room. |

The hotel is located close from the historical centre. To all sights went on foot. A room have received on 7 floor - with the big balcony - with a view on Grand Via. From a balcony it is possible even to see the Palace of the king. It is convenient to sit there on a balcony in the evening and to drink wine with jamon. In a room it is purely cleaned, the personnel polite. |

It was a great value for money. At a very good location, with free mini bar, spacious room. I need to point out the excellent towels! I haven't met that quality in five star luxurious hotels. I think that maybe replace some furniture items, for example, the darkening curtain in the room was miserable, dirty and torn. |
