God pris, rent og fint. Ligger nært hyggelige gater med restauranter. 5 min med taxi til Gran Via. stort utested ved siden av som ikke forstyrrer.

Friendly staff, breakfast ok, clean

Location was quite good, lobby was stylish but rooms not. Fittness center at 8th floor was small but there was good view and classical music was nice. Breakfast ok.

Personnell had really poor English. Bathroom was little bit poorly cleaned and there was no shampoo and body lotion. Bed was too hard and room cold.

Rooms were well equipped and bad was very big. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice, with a large range of possibilities (fruits, cereals, scramble eggs, tortilla, jamón serrano, different types of bread, Nespresso coffee, several juices....It is very near to Atocha station. There are plenty of bars/restaurants, and the most important museums are very near. There are always taxis at the entrance.

We have missed a smile from breakfast service team. They have put wall separators while we have had breakfast even if it lasted still one hour. So we have to walk around those separators to get the buffet. Moreover, there's not wifi in hotel and you pay 6 € per internet/hour. And computers at lobby don't work very good, so once we couldn't connect. At Saturday night there was a lot of noise at the street (because of the disco Kapital), but that's nothing that you can't resolve with a pair of earplugs

The manner of cooking of the food served in the Restaurant for diner must be completely changed

The location of the hotel allows the use of any public transportation means. Various very well known museums are close by, which is in a walking distance. The reception services were extremely helpful at every aspect. Clients have to deal with professional and trained staff.

Unfortunately, cleaning room services were really poor. For instance, towels were not changed or folded even if they were thrown on the floor. The water supplies in the mini bar were not renewed within the 3nights of staying even in the case that they have been consumed since the first night.

Nice position (close to city center and to Atocha metro station), clean and very quiet room.

Some little problems at desk with english language

The position in Madrid related to art museums, parcs, train station, the hotel staff, the quiet. We demand a quiet room and it was perfect quiet. I will recommend this hotel for Madrid fine arts discovering.

Unfortunately we had a twin room and we never could keep the beds together.

Clean and silent and good breakfast. Perfect location for Art Lover, Just next door to several museums. RENFE Railway terminal station is also very close.

Shopping district is bit far.

The Location was great we could walk to all the Museums and Old town. We also took a three day public transportation ticket , the bus and the Metro were very close to the Hotel. The staff was very helpful in organizing restaurants etc.

The breakfast was good but expensive.

Fantastic location. Close to 3 major art museums. Many bars, restaurants and plazas within a 10 minute walk. The rooms were very well appointed, modern, clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wireless internet was a bit expensive (12 euros per day or 6 per hour) and the clock started running as soon as you got the account set up at the front desk.
