hotellet havde en god beliggenhed tæt på metro og gågader værelset lå ud til en trappeskakt hvilket gjorde at der ikke var dagslys eller mulighed for at åbne et vindue. Savnede adgang til PC med internet. |

Convenient & central for all sights, staff very helpful, Good choice for breakfast & the bar & resturant great to visit after long but enjoyable day in Madrid. Would come back & recommend. |

Location and free internet. That's it... The room was *tiny*. The air conditioning was terrible. Breakfast was lame. I think they are charging way too much for the quality. |

Nice hotel, fantastic location. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, they kept the buffet topped up right to when it closed at 10.30am Small TVs in the room with only about 20 channels. |

Terrific location close to the centre of Madrid, (Gran Via, Puerta del Sol etc) very close to a metro station & also the bonus of being in a relatively quiet side street. Was asked if I wanted a quiet room when checking in which was great, heard no real street noise during the night. Room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom big and shower excellent. Breakfasts were good with choice of continental style and hot food if preferred. Didn't have dinner in the hotel itself although the menu looked good. Also didn't spend much time in the hotel as was only there for a weekend so can't comment much on services although the staff were helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Madrid. |

The helped me at reception whenever I asked more that is ussuall, comparing the price with others I think I had good deal also because of rich breakfast. |
