Especially the very kind front staff should be highly appreciated. Alos, the location, quite near from metro station of 4 subway lines. Not very turistic and safe and residential/commercial zone, near from nice restaurants, and also from the bisiness area of AZCA. Breakfast was also good quality for the price. It is a little bit difficult to park the cars even for a while in front of the hotel. |

The location relative to the city centre was good; not too noisy but within easy breach of the metro.The staff were civil, polite and very helpful when my wallet weas stolen on the Metro. The hotel was quiet, clean and presented a genteel atmosphere. Very good value. |

The hotel looks very nice, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, well-equipped. Just to add to what other reviewers said, I have had no issues with the WiFi connection or the heating - a small minus could be the fact that the heating and cooling systems are one and the same (AC system), so turning the heat on causes the air in the room to become very dry - not a major issue though. The breakfast is excellent - a lot of items to choose from (big plus for the local products like jamon and lomo). The hotel staff is friendly and helpful (plus for the maid and the plumber :) - both sinks in my room were leaking when I got there, but they did a good job noticing and fixing it). In short: I definitely recommend the hotel! As many of the other reviewers mentioned, the room is not well isolated, so you can easily hear noizes and conversations from the other rooms or the water in the bathroom. I have only had to put up with this for a couple of nights, out of the total of 7 nights I stayed there, because there weren't all that many customers in the hotel at that time, but I can imagine this can be quite annoying when it happens on a constant basis. |

Great location for our visit. We went to Madrid for a football match and the Bernabeu Stadium was about 15 minute walk away. Would use the hotel again |

The hotel was modern and clean with first rate facilities.It was ideally situated close to the Metro, local shops and bars.The staff were very helpful,courteous and respectful.The buffet breakfast was excellent and was provided in pleasant surroundings. I would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it to others. |

comfort,cleanliness,close to metro station,buffet breakfeast very good. The hotel advertises a set meal for clients at 25euros, but when we reserved a meal one night we were told that the 25euros menue was only available up to 4.00pm. The meal we had was quite expensive at 95euros. the resturant charged me 18euros for one brandy which was very excesive, when I complained I was told that it was the correct charge. We will not use this hotel again because of these excesive food and drink charges. |

Well equipped room, nice staf and good breakfast. Dysfunctional air conditioning - only two settings -either a 17degree blast or OFF, despite the setting od 23degrees on the controller. Same problem in winter with the heating - very hot or OFF. Opening the balcony door OK except for the noisy (at 1-2am) appartments next door. Staying ther in autumn or spring probably best. |

Quiet room The week I stayed there was very cold and the room heating was either too hot and windy or wouldn't switch on without calling the front desk. The upper 100cm of the room was >25 degrees and the lower part 15 degrees. Thsi proble is probabluy due to the Spanish lack of experience with cold weather. |
