det var et superflot hotel i den meget dyre ende, alt var som vi havde forventet af et 5 stjernet hotel. men priserne på alle tillæg , maden, baren på værelset + vasketøj og telefon var mega dyrt. en flaske 1/2 L vand f,eks kostede 4.5 euro altså ca 33.75 kr (dyrt?) på hotellet selvom luksus har en pris man kunne måske få udleveret en beskrivelse af priser og lign sammen med indlogering på eget sprog det kunne være rart for mange... |

Morgenmad var rigtig god og værelset var kæmpestort. Det vil have været rart at vide, at poolenførst åbner kl. 11 og at hotellet ikke ligger i centrum men i Finans området |

the location is great and overall the hotel is not too bad The rooms ned to be upgraded . beds linesn and other items are worn out. My bedspread had a cigarrete burn in it. looks very dated and worn. reservation did not show up on their system and it took an hour to book in because of this |

The formula proposed included first class services such as a free bar and a separate desk on the floor where I stayed. The room was small but very luxurous with a perfect bathroom. |

The hotel was very clean and real 5-star hotel It had free wireless internet service (not all floors had wireless). Restaurants were excellent. All staff including room service, concierge, receiption were very helpful. I do recommend to other people. I had two connecting rooms and was very convenient. Wife and kids love it. |

I didn't like the fact of a breakfast queue. It was a very long queue.I can't find any reasonable justification for that in a 5 star hotel!! |

I found the staff disinterested in any concerns . the communication at all points an effort . I also found I stayed there because of the pool . it closed for winter on the 15 th september . The 2 days of my stay were 31 and 32 degrees , so the pool being shut was bizarre . For a tourist it is away from everywhere |

Generally ok There was nothing to do at the hotel, exept for staying there. The pillow was extremely unconfortable. It lacked the sense of value for your money. |

The situation was great. Very quiet. The room was lovely. Food was fantastic. Even tho' breakfast was 24 euros, it was worth every cent. Easy for the metro at Cusco. Very safe area |

We were very impressed with this hotel because of the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff, the size of the bedroom and bathroom, the comfort of the bed and the beautiful buffet breakfasts. We can't comment on the guest reviews on your website as we haven't read them. |
