Transport til flyplass hele døgnet.Rask behandling i resepsjonen.Fine og rene rom med bra størrelse. Skilttil hotellet fra metroen. Strøket rundt hotellet er mørkt og trist. Pass på veske og bagasje! |

It was very close to the airport and had metro line just a few meters away. Staff were very friendly & the bed was huge. Shuttle to airport was very good aswel. Very dark corridors but this was just the design of the hotel |

The hotel is spanking new, modern, and greatly designed. Not the traditional hotel at all. A lot of details went into the design. The bar / restaurant is nice and convenient and they even have a vending machine that sells microwaveable food for after hours late snacks - there is a microwave guests can use. It is very close to the airport too making it a good and cheap stay before an early flight. I will use it again! On the way from the airport to the hotel, we had to wait a while before the shuttle turned up. |

Convinience Even though there's a shuttle bus to the feria de madrid ifema fron desk receptioniist encouraged us to take the matro.Also when arrival in Barajas had to wait for 40 min for the shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. |

Airport shuttle, cerveza's in the vending machine! close to Barajas and the front desk was very polite, helpfull, I would stay again Shower! The showers have difficult if not un usable valve's and I stayed in two different rooms, same problem with both, ask the desk first. Other than that the stay was ok, after all I was traveling through Spain, fantastic! |

The hotel was located 15 mins away from the Barajas airport which was great if you have an early flight. The hotel had no room service, no one to help with the bags, the breakfast only consisted of bread! No cheese, no eggs, no corn flakes. It was so disappointing. The staff also were not so friendly, when asked where can we go out for dinner the information given to us was very misleading! This hotel is only fine if you want to sleep get up and leave, but the area is dead with almost no leisure activities or restaurants close by only strange looking cafeteria'S. |

The hotel staff is pleasant. The hotel is very new and clean with modern decor and spacious bathrooms. The location is great if you want to be by the Madrid airport as it's situated less than 2 miles from the airport. The hotel offers a 24 hour free shuttle, leaving on the hour. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the terminal. The hotel hallways are dark and rather space age-ish. No English tv channels. |

Hotel appeared new so very clean and new. Staff very helpfull. Hotel is very sterile. I got no joy or pleasure. There is no comfort. The restaurant is below what I expect of a 4* hotel. Very limited menu, mostly sandwiches and in very cheap surroundings. This is really a budget hotel. It would not be my first choice if staying at Madrid airport overnight again. |

Good offfer, 59 for a night was cheap enough, it was near the Airport and we didn't have much time to spend in Madrid, the Shuttle Service is definitely a plus. No mini bar, but I would have not used it :) |

Really close to metro station and the airport shuttle. Good room, clean and very frindly staff. There was a noise comming from the ventilation system. Even though it was switched off. I couldn;t sleep due to this. It wasn't just on my room, as I asked to the gest next to my room, and she said she could here it as well. |
