Tryp hotel er et dejligt roligt beliggende hotel,. Det er let at tage metroen til centrum af Madrid og med det imødekommende personale er det helt klart et hotel jeg vil vende tilbage til. nej alt ok |

Hard to fault this hotel. Good location for airport: five minutes from Terminal 4 and about the same to Terminal 1. Despite proximity to airport and also to busy roads, the hotel was quiet. Stayed in Premium Room, which was well-equipped and bed very comfortable. Good-sized bathroom. Food excellent. Staff courteous and friendly. |

It was convenient to the airport The room was too hot. When we wrrived the thermometer was showing 25 degrees which quickly went up to 27degrees. Reception told us there was a problem with the airconditioning in the hotel and it was not working however other parts of the hotel were quite cool and the airconditioning seemed to be working in those parts. I felt I was not taken seriously nor being told the truth. On reading part below about complaints I believe it is difficult for a foreigner who does not speak the language to register a complaint when there concerns are not taken seriously |

The hotel is very well located, near the airport and has an efficient shuttle service. It makes it very convenient for those staying one night in Madrid before catching a connecting flight. The level of service is very high. I would prefer not to have to call the hotel upon arrival to the airport in order to have them send the shuttle. It would be better if the shuttle would wait at the airport on a regular basis. |

Access to airport quiet rooms balcony for most rooms We have stayed there before when full restaurant meals for room service were available. Now there is only telepizza or boxed sandwiches and salads available which you must go down to the reception desk to pick up. We did order those salads and sandwiches but they got the sandwich orders wrong so that was another trip to the reception desk and a longer wait for dinner. My mother who traveled with us and had a separate room had to wait for dinner and I would not recommend this restaurant unless they go back to having a room service menu with full meals available. I do not think we will stay again for the same reason. |

The location is good, onley 3 min from the airport on the bus. The hotel provides 24h free shuttle which is very convenient. The room is very clean. Good service. |

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff efficient. It was ideal for us to take the metro into Madrid for sightseeing and then a shuttle service to the airport early in the morning. |

The bunks and the wee gift pleased the children. Access to metro was good (5-10 min walk). Room was pleasant. Being able to sit outdoors under trees at the restaurant was lovely. Free shuttle service was good. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Restaurant service was poor. Reception staff were barely helpful. Hot water was not hot enough. |

The hotel was very confortable, very modern in design and the rooms were excellent, had every thing you needed. Also very convenient beeing near the airport. The staff was very professional and helpful. No every thing was perfect, the people very professional, very kind. |

The hotel is a very good stop-over while visiting Madrid, excellent to cheap metro-sytem. The shuttle bus was prompt and in time. Staff very competent and helpful. We will come again. |

the hotel itself was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious and beautifily decorated.we stayed in a family room with 3 small children .we had everything we needed. we arrived late,1.30am our children were very tired. all taxis refused to take us as the hotel was to near. a hackney took us and charged us 60e after driving fo 20 to 30 mins.a rip off. then the night porter on arrival wes very unplesent and unhelpful whitch to me let the hotel down. on my booking it didnt say bout the curtosy bus, it did on the internet but i booked so long ago i wasnt sure. |

great hotel. comfortable. great for family rooms though a little noise from the public bar at night. great small gifts were great for kids as we arrived at 11pm. shuttle bus was excellent and driver was a great help. thank you. the staff were very rude at check in and check out. very cold personalities and felt most unwelcome. |

Close to the airport Paying for internet service was very annoying. This is an airport hotel and internet should have been included. That was the case in all of the other hotels I stayed in during my trip. |
