Excellent - location, personal, standard. I had birtheday during my stay at the hotel. I was congratulated by the hotel administration and we were offered champagne and chocolate. Very nice. Thank you! We had a double bed room. It would be better if the lighting in the bathroom was controlled separately from the room lighting. Though this is not serious problem. |

Within easy walking distance of the main sites, shopping, theatre and restaurants. Very comfortable room. The decor was modern and pleasing to the eye. No public area such as bar or lounge room to relax in. |

Design is very interesting The services array isn't the strong point of the hotel.In regards the staff, there was only one receptionist that was amazing all the other ones they were much more concern about their tasks than helping us out. Definitely, needs more training here! |

Location ended up being one block away from the tour company we had chosen for a city tour. The night staff were rude, uncaring, and of no help what-so-ever |

The decor was fantastic - we were very impressed with the chicness! Location was perfect - right in the heart of things! Only complaint - no WiFi in the rooms (being an iPhone user this was important to me) and the selection of free TV in english was very limited and movie rentals 12 euros each...but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. |

The design of rooms/hotel/bar area, comfort of the bed, amenities in bathroom,location. The restaurant having a menu limited to room service on Sunday night; breakfast selections were not as extensive as Hotel Soma.Therefore hotel fell down on catering. |

the hotels location is ideal for touring around Madrid city. The room and bathroom were of a decent size and decor. Because of the dark colours in the foyer and on the stairs and the reduced lighting, it would not take much for a person to trip and fall. It is certainly not very user friendly around the reception area. |

The rooms were nicely decorated and a large bathroom with bath. Also the bed was very good. The roof terrace was less than I expected, no bar or anything, and the first day it was closed. |

The style of the hotel, the curtains are great! Location is the best for shows (spainish speaking of course), its amazingly quiet for a city centre hotel. N0 ice machine and none easy to hand from any kind of room service, broken door in room, shower difficult to control, air conditioning not effective, broken glass top on dressing table, the concept of sliding doors does little for privacy in the bathroom especially when they wont close properly! |

the decor of the hotel was outstanding (my wife is an interior designer and loved it) and the location is great by European standards the breakfast was fine but for us it was not worth the 11 euros |

Design, comfort, breakfast, freindly staff, Bathroom, close by to bus stations and metro, balcony on the roof. Stairs in the front and up to the elevators - no special path to strollers and wheel chairs. Price for internet connection is very high and not necessary - really a turn off. |

The hotel was in a great location, clean and great design. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again as would our friends who also stayed at the hotel. Would have been great to have had a pool on the roof terrace, there were showers to cool you off though. |
